"Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин. Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!"

The room is a duplex, very spacious and beautiful, and the hotel facilities are complete. The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the waterfront. The service was great, and they were quick to help solve any issues. The only thing to be aware of is the lively band at the bar next door, whose music plays until 12:30 AM. The hotel tried to intervene but it didn't work. I decided if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, so I went to the bar for a bit. I got to see a more free-spirited side of the locals, which I guess was another kind of travel experience.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, рядом есть магазины, отличный ресторан Tiflis, который находится в двух шагах от отеля. До набережной дойти пешком. В отеле хороший завтрак, прекрасная терраса. Номер достаточно большой, есть балкончик. Советую к проживаюнию, соответствует цена- качество.

As a solo traveler, I had a overall pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Batumi. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the beach and the main boulevard, which made exploring the city on my own very easy. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel quite safe and comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that prevented it from being a perfect experience. The cleanliness of my room could have been a bit more thorough, as I noticed some dust and minor details that were overlooked. Additionally, noise from the main street and the side alley was somewhat noticeable at night, as the window soundproofing wasn't ideal for a quiet sleep. Despite these smaller issues, the hotel still offered good comfort and value for my trip. It is a solid choice for anyone traveling alone to Batumi, though a bit more attention to housekeeping and quietness would make it even better.

My wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

We had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

In the new district of Batumi, it is close to the airport and a few kilometers away from the old city, but the traffic jam in Batumi is very serious. We walked for more than an hour in the afternoon for a few kilometers. The management of this city is really bad. The room was small, but it was clean, very close to the beach, because the plane left in the morning, breakfast was not eaten, and the umbrella was required to deposit 50.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Had a fantastic stay! As a Platinum member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, and they even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's decor is very modern, and the room was quiet and spotless. Extremely satisfied!

This is not a hotel 4*. This is apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with balcony, the new is clean enough. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or simplest things for the kitchen (salt, sponge for dishes, washing machine). Location is good. near the sea, park and mall in step availability. Airport is near Breakfasts are modest. Somehow everything should be hot, cold. Prepared in advance. From delicious tea. This is a good 2* apartment hotel.
