Amazing
GGuest UserIt was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.
ZZeroLossTravelRoom: sea view room was beautifully designed; simple and attractive. Spotlessly clean. Outside; the pool was also immaculately clean with lots of sun beds and cabanas. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more shade. Food; the food was fine. Nothing exceptional and a bit pricey compared to the rest of the island but it was ok. Location; itâs a little way to walk if you want to visit other restaurants but the view is amazing. My photos donât do it justice. Thereâs a lovely sea breeze. Staff; this is where The Nest really shines; every single member of staff was amazing. So friendly, thoughtful and kind. I honestly cannot give enough praise to the staff. They were simply wonderful.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the roomâs hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds â it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didnât shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame.
With half board, you get a credit to spend â which is actually a clever system â and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included đ¤ˇđźâď¸
GGuest UserA stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too⌠it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.
GGuest UserI was waiting more from the hotel⌠I donât think the pictures shows exactly what the hotel offer⌠specially the poolsâŚ
Me and my boyfriend had a very bad situation.
We went to a tour in Santorini and the Ferry boat was late on the way back. Our guide called the hotel asking for a late dinner for us and the hotel said they would provide.
When we reached in the hotel we saw that they put our food ON THE FLOOR, close to the room door.
I made a mistake (I assume) I wanted hang out that thing saying â make up my roomâ but I choose the wrong side and put there â do not disturb â
But if our guide called the hotel saying that we were in Santorini of course they could go into the room to put our food in the fridge or keep in at the barâŚ
I went down and talked to a guy in the repception showed him the picture I attached here and he answered me that was my mistake putting the âdo not disturbâ at the door and he could do nothing for us, we should eat that food that was on the floor đąđĄ. No excuses for thisâŚ
On the day after I talked to the manager and she apologized and gave us a voucher for the lunch.
We apologized but I will never forget this situationâŚ
DDRIEDGERItâs ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I canât have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You donât get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - canât be used after 6 pm, thatâs insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. Itâs asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And canât swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .
Mmuy_felizThe hotel itself is pretty good, clean with tasty food offered. Very nice and extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to the manager Christina, without her efforts our stay wouldâve been totally ruined because of trip.comâs partial incompetence. The description was incorrect: 1. âAdults onlyâ says the name, which, in fact, isnât at all. There were couple of incidents with some children staying at Dionyssos in addition to the crying baby on our floor. 2. Trip.com failed to pass my request regarding the view, according to the first room we were offered and the hotelâs manager. The room was with no view, as you can see in the picture. 3. Pictures! For some reason the description contained exterior photos from a different hotel! Which was found out only after checking in. đ¤Śđźâď¸ In reality the small pool is not secluded, every passing by stranger can observe you, as the see-through-fence is the only separation between you and the road next to the hotel.
AAlcinda Nalatche MendesI have been to this hotel before and I gave it 4stars. However, this time I would definitely give it about 3âď¸âď¸âď¸. The reason why is because, they started charging for air conditioning, when that was not a thing, the prices of the snacks, and food were very expensive, and happy hours is not really happy hour. Perhaps my first time was really good and the expectations were high, but I did not think the quality of the amenities were as good this time around. The staff is very friendly and nice, I have to say.
GGuest UserGreat location, friendly stuff.Â
Nice pools.Â
So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but thatâs almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.Â
Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.Â
They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners donât care enough for making it enough clean.Â
We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.Â
The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.
GGuest UserGreat place, location and owners. Apartaments are renovated and well equipped. There are two pools and bar with great good. Owners are fantastic giving you very friendly welcome and keep very comfortable during whole stay. Apts are very close to old city and shops area.
