Maybe it would be better to provide an elevator for guests, especially for the elderly, especially if the rooms available are on the 2nd floor, it's a pity for the parents if they have to take the stairs, even though the stairs are sloping, it's still tiring for the elderly, especially

Strategic location, clean rooms,
For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

Stayed here recently and honestly, overall it was a pretty lovely experience. The place itself has a nice, calming vibe, and once everything settled, it really felt worth it. But… check-in was a bit of a confusing. The staff told me that because of a Lebaran promo, my room got upgraded from Deluxe to a mountain view room. Naturally, I was happy. Thought I hit the jackpot, right? Well… turns out, not quite.
When we got to the room, it felt a bit off straight away. Smaller space, tighter layout, and definitely not what you’d expect from a Deluxe upgrade. Turns out it was actually a Superior room, which is a level BELOW Deluxe. Felt a bit like being pranked, not gonna lie. And with three of us, it just didn’t work. Way too cramped. I ended up going back down, had a proper chat with the staff, and asked to be moved. To their credit, they handled it quite well. Got us back into the correct Deluxe room, and yeah… massive difference.
The room was way more spacious, much quieter, and just felt right. Proper comfort. That’s when the stay finally clicked into place. So yeah, a bit of a shaky start, but it ended well. If anything, just DOUBLE CHECK your room type during check-in so you don’t get caught off guard like I did. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably. Just with a bit more attention at the front desk next time.

The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked.
For the staff service is okay.
Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

I have stayed at this hotel in 1997, but until now the hotel property is very well maintained. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There just needs to be a corridor from the hotel to the main lobby so that it doesn't get wet when it rains because the dining area is in the main lobby.

Marco2764The Japanese-style hot spring hotel in the Mile District is quite special. It is very cost-effective and a good experience for foreign tourists. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant in the hotel that tastes average. The hot spring in the room will only be opened every night from 20:00 to 22:00. It is not open at other times. The hot springs outside will only be opened during holidays. If this can be improved, it should be more attractive to tourists.

Guest UserYes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily.

yyling91Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
