Couldn't be happier! This is our sixth time staying here, and it's simply fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the sparkling clean pool, the beautiful views, and the expansive grounds perfect for morning jogs. A big thank you to the agro crew for their wonderful service!

Strategic location, clean rooms, For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

The view is a very awesome. I spent my night to the balcony because we can see a beautiful scenery in the night and early morning we can see mountain. Strategic location. I will book here if i go to batu

It's really worth it for the kids.. You don't need to go anywhere, it's complete.. If you're looking for something to make the kids happy here.. The only input is, the room can be rejuvenated again.. Overall satisfied.

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

The resort is beautiful, clean, has kimono and photographer rental facilities, extraordinary views👍😍... onsen 👌, professional service The food is so so... but it's ok

Room is nice but no desk inside so we put anything in the floor. We got room too near or beside the public road so it is too noisy, no place to go enjoy the views around the hotel

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
