Batu Hotels with Breakfast

One of the best hotel in Batu and nice ambience.. It is one of our favourite hotel when visiting Batu It'a better if they can renew the furnitures in the room, especially the fabrics..it looks too old and dusty... It is so busy for them on the day when we stayed recently, that's basic amneties in the room are forgotten

First at all thank you for upgrade our room, actually it hard to make decision to stay at kusuma before, because of im not sure this hotel well maintain or not. We know that kusuma agro is one of the legendary hotel at Batu city ( remind that im still at primary school this hotel already exist) It surprised me, the building well maintain, no leak at all, no ceiling spot, water heater running well and the breakfast great My 3 years old baby really happy stay hill except the weird statue (he said annoyed sad face statue) Thank you for the staff also, it a great warm experience and ill be back soon

It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms. Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities). Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The staff service was friendly, and the hotel facilities were comfortable. However, there are a few things that could be improved for the future. During check-in, it was already close to 2:30 PM. When I asked when the room would be ready, I was told to wait and that I would be called. Given that the check-in time had already passed, I had hoped the room would be available sooner, as it cut into guests' rest time. For a reputable hotel like Aston, I believe timely room availability is a crucial part of a comfortable stay. In fact, at some other hotels in the same area, rooms are accessible even earlier. Furthermore, I believe the breakfast food options could be improved. Considering Aston's standard and reputation, I had hoped for a more appealing and diverse menu to provide a more memorable experience for guests. Thank you for the service provided. I hope this feedback can be used for evaluation to enhance the quality of services in the future.

I have stayed at this hotel in 1997, but until now the hotel property is very well maintained. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There just needs to be a corridor from the hotel to the main lobby so that it doesn't get wet when it rains because the dining area is in the main lobby.

The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked. For the staff service is okay. Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

Hotel place is strategic near alun-alun and cross the factory outlet and mall lippo. Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

We booked two family rooms and only gave us one, horrible service took them 2 hours to figure out they were wrong. And refused to give us a satisfying compensation plan. I don't recommend this one at all.

The hotel ambiance and room were alright. The location is close to many restaurants. Overall, it was okay. To the receptionist: please learn to answer guests more politely and remember to smile so that your service doesn't create discomfort. This is just a suggestion, accept it or not, it's fine (but don't let one unfriendly person deter other guests from returning. Remember, a hotel doesn't just sell facilities, but also service, including hospitality). Thanks 🙏🏻

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
