Lokasi agak ke dalam, tp sangat worth it. Kamar luas dan bersih, tersedia dapur dg peralatannya. Host sangat ramah ,,, pemandangan pegunungan sangat cantik di lihat dr lantai atas, tanpa ac tp udh lbh dr cukup dinginnya 🫣, bangunan pun cantik . Kl pagi bs lihat gunung yg berkabut krn cuaca yg dingin

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the bathroom is very clean, the room is spacious and what I like the most is that there are 3 single beds with a size of 120, suitable for families with more than 2 children, so there will be no fighting over the bed.

The Japanese-style hot spring hotel in the Mile District is quite special. It is very cost-effective and a good experience for foreign tourists. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant in the hotel that tastes average. The hot spring in the room will only be opened every night from 20:00 to 22:00. It is not open at other times. The hot springs outside will only be opened during holidays. If this can be improved, it should be more attractive to tourists.

I'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because: 1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor). 2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush. 3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby. 4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs. 5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable. 6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles. 7. The hot water only worked for a short while. Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗

Unfortunately, the TV has trouble several times. The view of the pool is beautiful. The water in the heater bathroom works very well, and soap and shampoo are provided as well. Oh yes, we were also helped with the owner's son when we got out of the car, we're very grateful for that. One of the great things from this place in our opinion is that it is very close to many good places to eat. Just walk from the inn. One is on the 3rd floor of the market among stone farmers. Lots of choices, delicious and affordable prices.

This is family hotel. Not too big but nice. The staff is polite and very helpful. The hotel has swimming pool. The location is in the city center. Breakfast is Ok.

Tempatnya bisa saja di jangku oleh online transport cuma memang agak sempit bs akses 1 mobil tapi aman saja . Lainnya aman aman saja. Tidur nyenyak juga. Masukkan mgkn air kamar mandi kalau air hangatnya kecil.
