This is my second time staying at this hotel, the bathroom is very clean, the room is spacious and what I like the most is that there are 3 single beds with a size of 120, suitable for families with more than 2 children, so there will be no fighting over the bed.

We booked two family rooms and only gave us one, horrible service took them 2 hours to figure out they were wrong. And refused to give us a satisfying compensation plan. I don't recommend this one at all.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed sheets, pillows are dull and have many yellow spots, the TV sometimes works sometimes not, only for national broadcasts, the bathroom smells fishy, ​​​​it has been cleaned but the smell does not go away. This is family hotel. Not too big but nice. The staff is polite and very helpful. The hotel has swimming pool. The location is in the city center. Breakfast is Ok.

Tempatnya bisa saja di jangku oleh online transport cuma memang agak sempit bs akses 1 mobil tapi aman saja . Lainnya aman aman saja. Tidur nyenyak juga. Masukkan mgkn air kamar mandi kalau air hangatnya kecil.
