"Yes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily."

HarryIDSGThis accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh!
There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance.
10/10 will come back again!

Strategic location, clean rooms,
For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms.
Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities).
Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel.

The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked.
For the staff service is okay.
Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

When I first saw the roadside wall, it didn't look very promising due to all the murals.
However, once inside, the lobby was nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was also large. Room service was good; they offered to clean on the second day and provided extra drinking water.
The bathroom was also clean, but I'm not sure if the floor's color was natural or if it was a dirty gray that wouldn't come off even when I tried to rub it with my foot. It seems like a new hotel still undergoing a lot of renovations.
The swimming pool also appeared to be regularly cleaned, as the floor wasn't slippery.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator. Climbing to the third floor while carrying my sleeping 2-year-old was quite a workout! 😩 The breakfast had a decent variety, but the seasoning was a bit bland.
Overall, a two-night stay here is good for families.

yyling91Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
