Very good location in a quiet area but close to the city center. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Great breakfast buffet.

location is good, if you love walking, then you can walk to Malioboro.. and you may find lots of food (street food or restaurant such as Hokben and Richeese) nearby by walking. in front of hotel, you can easily find convenience store indomart or alfamart. but this hotel so strict (how come?!) you must check in after 2pm, i was arrive 1pm and they just offer to keep our luggage and we need to go somewhere, even we were checked out at 6am for morning train. hotel can provide box breakfast with simple meal such as fried rice/noodle with egg, a cup of fruit (watermelon & papaya) and a bottle of water. when entering the room, so many hairs on the floor, like it never been swept, but too tired to ask house keeping to clean and no more wait anymore (sorry forget to take a photo, you may see it under the desk and surrounding). hotel provide water dispenser, so you can easily take by jug in your room.

I didn't like being in this gestahous. First - the owner smokes in the room and the smell there is already in. Everything was not very clean and clean. The room that is closest to the entrance was not comfortable. A little dirty. And everything that happened in the yard was heard - the sounds of the fairy tale, the conversations and the smells too. And as it turned out later, there was no hot water either. The owner and staff of Alice are very kind and try to maintain a good atmosphere at home and help - which is very important for the guest. There is water in the cooler for the use of guests, kitchen and refrigerator. The common area is pleasant with air access. But a little bit hot and there is a smell of moisture. Maybe the fan in the common zone would be by the way. Overall one night is normal. The price is acceptable.

Good stay. Daily cleaning, helpful staff (some don’t speak English but they do their best to find someone who does), excellent pool, amazing breakfast (mostly Indonesian food). Our initial room had a zooming sound and a water leak in it and they promptly moved us to a new room.

This is my second stay at the Burza Hotel, the hotel is artistic, the rooms are quite spacious & comfortable, the hot water is quite joss.. Breakfast is so so, but the menu is quite complete 👍🏼

Family staycation menyenangkan, kamar luas, child friendly ada swimming pool dan di seberang ada toko ice cream gelato, staf nya ramah.

Lokasi sangat strategis sekali, keluar hotel sudah langsung jalan besar, dekat masjid, kemudian dekat pasar modern dan juga makanan banyak banget, cafe cafe apalagi. cuman ruangan sempit, ya maklum karena harganya murah sekali.
