2-Star Hotels in Mantrijeron

Really happy with my stay here! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious – plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bed was super comfortable with proper pillows, and having actual windows made the space feel bright and airy (not always a given in budget places!). Location is a big plus – within 1–2 km you've got a great mix of bars, bistros, and both Western and local restaurants, so you're never short on food options. Sultan Palace is also just a quick trip away, which made sightseeing really convenient. What stood out to me was the outdoor seating area – it's a nice spot to chill and chat with other guests. Most visitors seemed to be locals, which actually gave the place a more authentic vibe. But mostly locals are shy to communicate with expats. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and amenities like AC, TV, hot water, and two free bottled waters daily covered all the basics. Overall, a solid choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a chance to meet fellow travelers. Would definitely book again!

clean, super good service, you can put suitcases and food in the refrigerator even though you have already checked out.homey

Very good room, especially the Japanese type is very good. The service is also very friendly, big things are brought too, and the bathroom is also neat. The room also smells very good, if you go to Jogja again, you will definitely want to come back here ＜ 3

A highly recommended hotel for families. The place is beautiful, with a garden in the courtyard. The rooms are also clean and tidy. The location is excellent, easy to get around.

Booked the family suite. Would stay here again. Good: - spacious for two people - big clean bed with a good mattress - good air-conditioning - room amenities like a mini fridge and water cooker - very friendly staff Could be better: - fresher looking towels - more responsive water temperature controls in the shower. - a chef that stays in the hotel during breakfast hours (breakfast is from 7-11, but the chef left before 10) Bad: - Any sounds from outside are just as loud in the room (mosque, rooster) because the windows can't close properly. Earplugs are advised.

Hotel a little less maintained a bit smelly.
