Tangerang Regency Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. The location is strategic, facilities are complete, and the check-in process was fast. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet. I was very satisfied staying here and will definitely come back.

The hotel is new and conveniently located near a department store; you can walk directly from the mall into the hotel. The room was clean with a beautiful design. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low. Bathroom amenities included a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, comb, and tissues. The tissues were a bit too thin, tearing and leaving bits behind when wet. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again because of the clean rooms and good service. However, the breakfast wasn't quite to my liking. It wasn't as varied as other hotels, and it got quite crowded. The food options included Indonesian dishes, dim sum, salads, and hot dishes (various egg preparations). You could order from the counter. There were also vegetable salads, cheese, fruits, and bread, but the variety still didn't match other hotels. For those who don't eat beef, there was fried chicken and fried fish available as morning protein, but these were mostly batter and deep-fried. The chicken dish was more in the Indonesian style. The noodles offered did not come with real meat toppings, but rather processed items like crab sticks, processed squid tubes, and meat balls. It would be much better if they offered real meat such as chicken or seafood instead.

The service was very slow. We were not briefed about the electric token and we're expected to follow a certain process before even knowing about it. The check in process was really bad. We were expected to check in at 2pm, and we made it on time, but the host was very late and slow in replies causing us to wait for 3 hours outside the apartment area before we were finally checked in. We reached out to Travelio when the host was unresponsive but they were also very slow in replying.

Really enjoyed my stay at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong. The hotel has a luxurious and elegant atmosphere, while still feeling warm and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast had a great variety of choices. What stood out the most was the hospitality—the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and definitely one of the best hotels to stay at in the Gading Serpong area. Would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. * The location is excellent and convenient for getting around Jakarta. * The staff are very cooperative and helpful. * Miss Bianca stands out for her kind and supportive attitude. * She has great memory, always reminding you of important details on time. * I appreciate all the staff, especially Miss Bianca She is Such a Lovely Lady.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the noise from motorcycles and traffic on the main road continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing or assign quieter rooms to guests who prefer a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, the location is great, but the noise significantly affected my experience.

The room was really clean and all the furniture looked good and new and in room facilities worked really well. The service was really good, we booked 2 rooms with different type, requested to be placed side by side, and they were able to fulfill our request. The main attraction was their mini water park and pool, they have 2 kids pool and one big pool with only 140cm in depth, very safe for our teenager kids to play. The pool was clean and well maintain, with small slides and one big slides supervised by 2 lifeguard stationed at the top and bottom of the water slide. I'm really impressed with the safety measures. Breakfast was good, wide variation, and it taste good as well. But I think the price for additional breakfast/pax was quite expensive. Nevertheless, the stay was very enjoyable and will definitely go there for a short vacation again.

The unwelcoming kid at the front desk gave me a room with no windows and argued I do not get one. I showed the booking photos + says it has windows. The room is tiny but very cosy and beautiful view. no local TV. Mattress is high end spring coil and quite heaty too. Could not sleep well. No amenities except toothbrushes/paste. Excellent location, shops, walking areas.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and it's relatively close to my workplace. The environment is just okay, and the value for money is average. Room cleanliness is standard. There are many dining options available.
