I had a wonderful stay at Episode Hotel. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of delicious food. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions nearby. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Suitable for those who like quiet and gather with friends. no breakfast. but you can buy coffee or bread at indomaret at ba*****t mall Or eat at the foodcourt mall.

The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and tidy. Very recommended. I will come back to stay again.

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
