"UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags.
DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable."

Guest UserMy stay at Anara Airport Jakarta was excellent and very convenient, especially for transit. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long journey. Its direct connection to the airport makes it extremely practical, saving time and hassle. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Despite being located at the airport, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a good rest.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Anara Airport Jakarta for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Anonymous UserStayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

From the smooth airport shuttle pickup 🚐 to every single hotel staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We arrived for a late night check-in 🌙 and the front desk still greeted us with the warmest welcome and made everything so easy.

Kucinta SetiaThis airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3.
To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel.
Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo.
Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.

DMBDMBLovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too.
I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Pros
- Hotel is right above the check in gate 4 (domestic) and gate 5 (international) terminal 2
- breakfast starts early. We passed the restaurant at 3am and it was already serving food
- there is room service and restaurant at the hotel open 24hrs and the food was good
- room was comfortable
Cons
- there is no lift to the room floor. Had to use stairs to the reception with your luggage. After the receiption floor, had to go up to room floor.The escalator going up to room floor was broken
- room nearest to the reception is number 40 ish. Good luck if u get room number 01 cause u will walk a long way carrying your luggage. There was trolley provided to carry your bag and the security guy helped.
Despite the cons, this is still the best option if you need to get to airport early
