GGuest UserWhile the room was a bit small, it was impeccably clean. What truly stood out was that it was the only hotel during my entire business trip where the bedding didn't have any unpleasant smell.
Its location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the airport and my workplace. Despite Indonesia experiencing a somewhat complex social situation at the time, the hotel felt very secure and provided a great sense of comfort and safety.
The hotel breakfast was superb; I ate it for three consecutive days and never grew tired of it. The dining area itself was also very pleasant.
It's a pity I didn't get the opportunity to try out the hotel's other facilities.

FFendouzhe8508This hotel is really good. The front desk staff's English is excellent, and they offer breakfast. It's also very close to the airport! Due to my flight schedule, I extended my stay for a few hours, and they didn't overcharge me, which shows they are very reputable!

GGuest UserA good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

TtantonThe service here was excellent! The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful right from check-in. The facilities were well-equipped and spotless, making it very comfortable to relax. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and with convenient access to public transport. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

NnilacandriaI had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience.
Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too!
Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service.
Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful.
And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe.
Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience.
I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

GGuest UserLocation is average.. not the best but not bad either. Shower was too hot, cant make it warm. If we turn it cold the pressure drops. No instant coffee only tea. And safe deposit box was locked so we were unable to use it. There was also pee (or something similar) on toilet seat when we checked in. But staff were very helpful. We brought sambal which had to put in fridge and they helped us retrieve them at the end of the stay as our room fridge wasnt cold.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside.
Shower with abundant of water flows.
Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era.
We did not have the chance for the breakfast though.
Cons:
The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel.
They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.

AAnonymous UserLocation: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.
Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very near the airport. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car from airpirt to hotel. The room is quite clean but a little bit small due to the budget price. I feel that it is a good budget hotel. I appreciate the shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport. The staff and driver are very helpful in picking up luggage into the bus. The driver is very good to ask all the drop-down locations of each passenger and make sure the passengers get off at the right airport. The shuttle bus service must be booked in advance to make sure you have a seat.
