The hotel is chic location, the room was taken in the main building. Beautiful and well-designed area, the staff are welcoming, always interested in our wishes. The pool is small but the rooms with a garden view and clubs have their pools, so people were few, quietly it was possible to lie on the lying. I didn't like the obsessive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. Called the Uber, so they didn't let the driver pick us up! It was necessary to climb a little higher (toward the Gokolam Hotel) and only there we were able to get in the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of such class it is not clear why they allow the parking of a taxi, felt not safe! Be aware that if you use the cleaner, the driver will not be able to go to the territory of the hotel and even to the gate, you need to go higher on the road, only there you can sit in the car, passing this mafia of taxi drivers.

Overall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time. Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard. Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc. Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu. Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

It's behind the government secretariat, on the press road. It's located centrally close to railway station, as well as close to the market place. The food breakfast is complementary. There is lunch individual and buffet. The buffet is good, around 800 with taxes. Good variety of food, like soup , vegetarian, NV. Kerala food, , juice, etc. The beef ,fish, chicken were fresh. Vegetables were good. Service was good. We had booked a basic room, but it was updated for some reason. Breakfast was complementary, but good , bread, butter, puttu, sweets , oats, milk, donuts, semiya, fresh dosa, with eggs. Fruits were good, grilled tomato. Bed was good, rooms were good, bathrooms were clean, ac was good , water heater for drinking water was available. The only issue, was that there were few bed bugs, Good swimming pool, gym was also good.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

The rooms were specious and well equipped. Food was delicious. The staff was helpful and nice. Recommended for families.

The location was in the main city and easily accessible to temple and zoo. The amenities and services were good. The swimming pool was neat and clear and we had a good time with kids there.

The hotel’s cleanliness was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. Not only was it of poor quality, but it was also outrageously overpriced. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I didn’t use room service, so i can’t speak to that. The room itself was decent, but there were glaring issues: the wash basin in the toilet is mounted far too low, making it an awkward struggle for taller guests. Worse yet, the closet seat cover was improperly installed, adding to the discomfort. When i requested a slightly later checkout, the front office manager bluntly refused, citing that since i booked, no flexibility was allowed. As a result, i had to pack up and leave by 9:30 am, which was completely inconvenient. I won’t be staying here again, and i certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience.
