We loved the breakfast buffet — such a great variety and everything was delicious. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the waiters were consistently attentive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The environment is good, the service is warm, the rooms are comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. Had a buffet dinner for about RMB 60, and the dishes were plentiful. It's also a ten-minute walk from the beach and worth staying.

The staffs both at the reception and the restaurant are really polite and friendly. When I had a question they when out of their way to help. I think the staffs is one of reason the hotel is highly rated. My sincere thanks to all of you

The hotel is chic location, the room was taken in the main building. Beautiful and well-designed area, the staff are welcoming, always interested in our wishes. The pool is small but the rooms with a garden view and clubs have their pools, so people were few, quietly it was possible to lie on the lying. I didn't like the obsessive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. Called the Uber, so they didn't let the driver pick us up! It was necessary to climb a little higher (toward the Gokolam Hotel) and only there we were able to get in the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of such class it is not clear why they allow the parking of a taxi, felt not safe! Be aware that if you use the cleaner, the driver will not be able to go to the territory of the hotel and even to the gate, you need to go higher on the road, only there you can sit in the car, passing this mafia of taxi drivers.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

Location was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

Fantastic Stay - Walking distance from the Railway station. Limited food items for morning breakfast, taste is good
