For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained
