Best hotel in Trivandrum with the facility of a star hotel and in the affordable range of middle class!! What more can you ask for?? We really enjoyed our stay at Vivanta.The staff is so cordial and helpful.The food is excellent and all the prominent places in Trivandrum are in close proximity. Recommend it one hundred percent to all visiting Trivandrum🙏

Some parts of this place are great great great, but I’ll cut to the chase. I’m in my room alone, coming out of the bathroom, completely undressed and this guy comes to the window. AND STAYS. I’m obviously terrified. I dive to the side of the bed and pull the covers over me - I snapped the pictures after I crawled into the bathroom and got a robe on. I get my husband, we go to tell the ***ager. He is almost non-responsive. We go back to the room and the window washer is STILL THERE. Go back downstairs, complain. ***ager still couldn’t care less. I show him the pictures and tell him I’ll leave this kind of review. I’m also concerned because it’s not necessarily the window washer’s fault, but an egregious organizational error on Hyatt’s end. ***ager after some thought calls us and offers us 20% off lunch??????????? Are you kidding? A few things: 1. We live here half the year, so in terms of norms around female privacy and invasion, I know exactly how bad this is here. His responsive is incredibly disrespectful anywhere, but especially here. 2. We had a suite for two days for Valentine’s Day for which we paid full price. 3. We are Hyatt members. 4. I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Shame on you Hyatt. This was frightening and a total invasion and insulting to offer me the equivalent of a couple of dollars.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a business group visiting. Must say, was impressed with the hotel which is completely renovated and taken over by the Hyatt group. Brand new furniture and great hospitality is assured The conference rooms are also swanky with privacy The buffet was well spread out and attended to all cuisines. Overall a great stay and must recommended

We stayed at this property as family and had the best experience. It’s located within the city and is near to all attractions. They had the most delicious breakfast buffet spread with several live stations. Definitely visit their spa , best spa experience in Trivandrum.
Staff’s are so warm and accommodating for all our special needs. Definitely go to place for my Trivandrum trips

As a Hyatt dining club member the room was booked via app which was very smooth and easy. Starting from check inn all staff at reception was fantastic. Check in was super comfy and the gentle*** who did check in was great. Chef Karthick was fantastic and arranged pure and good food for my baby. I had an excess in regency clun so 5-7 pm daily was my best time in Hyatt Trivandrum, the staff serving were very professional and service was best. Food, drinks, shakes were too goodand its like very high standard. Buffet breakfast was a super start for us with lavish menu and all items were very amazing and all chef's personally see your requirement. The staff at breakfast specifically Samar and one more guy which name i forgot did great job and arranged some fruits and bread for my toddler which was amazing. Overall the best stay. Thanks Hyatt trivandrum.

Seemed like a recently built hotel. The rooms were absolutely clean like it was built yesterday. We arrived very early in the morning and paid 50% extra for an early checkin. The. checkin process was smooth and the lady at the reception was simply great and hospitable. We stayed for just one night but it was definitely memorable with all the XMAS deco. The breakfast spread was good. But the only disappointing part was their filter coffee. Who doesnt come to Southern parts of India and like to enjoy the filter coffee. On the first day the coffee was tasting very stale and unusual from what I had been having. On the second day of check out I noticed they were using the coffee decoction pouches to make their filter coffee and it explained why it was so bad. Overall great hotel and location. Plenty of rickshaws around for a quick trip to the temple or any other place. Pad***aswamy temple was around 10-15mins richshaw ride from the hotel.

I have stayed in ***y Hyatt’s around the world, US, Europe and Japan, for years and this stay in India Hyatt Regency Thiruvananthapuram was made excellent by nice staff there. The amenities are excellent and the location is good. Great stay in this hotel hotel as part of my vacation from US to Japan, India,Dubai. After my stay in Hyatt Los Angeles, Hyatt Tokyo, this stay in Hyatt Regency Thiruvananthapuram hotel was awesome, with good services, attentive and nice food. Breakfast was an absolute delight and also the lunch Thali meals. Special mention to below staff, who made my stay excellent. Please pass on my appreciation to these great HYATT employees and deserve attention. ARGHA DUTTA, he was so kind and responding to my multiple messages before planning my stay there. I wanted to send him huge appreciation. Thank you Argha very much. Few other kind staff who deserves appreciation and attention. KEERTHI from the regency lounge was so kind and getting me, go to snacks very quickly, before my visit to temple. Great employee and kudos to her and her warm hospitality. Also Kishore front desk, Mohammed Samir, Abhishek, regency lounge, Praveen chef, Pramod F&B they were also good and helpful. The above kind staff, you made my stay so much memorable!! you deserve special attention and appreciation, will be back soon there in 2024. As a luxury hotel frequent visitor and Loyal Hyatt member, stayed in ***y countries in the world, one thing to mention here. GM Rahul Raj, after multiple mails, never got any response from him and felt bad on that. Hope we connect next time and looking for that.

This is one of the most outstanding hotels I’ve been to anymore. The staff is very attentive and responsibility. I really enjoyed the friendliness and kindness of everyone. The breakfast/brunch was amazing with a combination of both western and South Indian Food. The food was prepared so well and fresh. My favorite was masala chai, which was the best I’ve had in a while.everyone was there to help out

Overall my stay was lovely thanks to the warm staff. Being a Discoverist Hyatt member the team upgraded my room without prompting which I thought was sweet gesture on their part. The front desk executives - Nazeem, Ritvika and Sneha were very friendly and helpful. Nazeem and Ritvika ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was an absolute delight! The spread was amazing and we devoured delectable food! Special mention to Afsar, Karthik (chef), Praveen (chef), Ujjwal who went out of their way to ensure we were full to the brim. Other members of the F&B staff were just as wonderful from Pramod (***ager), Puja, Tsu*** and Abhishek who were extremely hospitable. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency Team for helping us have nice staycation. We’d be sure to come back.:)
