Windsor Rajadhani Hotel

Stayed with this property for three nights. Overall quality of the stay & amenities were super. Staff & Co Working staff were good... Buffet food was awesome & a mix of good variety.. Breakfast and Dinner Lunch was awesome... Sitting was also good.. Just requesting you for some fans in dine space.

The Aircon doesn’t work properly! It’s HoT as hell! I am writing to you from the room 801, we have another room 802. It’s 6 pm now and we reported the issue hours back. The maintenance guy just comes each time and does a temperature reading and goes back not fixing the issue.

All good except for the restroom which had "half" shower curtain and water kept flowing out making the floor wet.

It was my 5th wedding anniversary, and I decided to spend the day in Windsor rajadhani. I booked through Agoda, and due to an overlook, I booked an option, which was for 4 adults and kids. However I had booked two rooms which were for 2 adults. The moment they discovered the fact, they didn't allow me to sit in my room until I sorted our with agoda. This was after I had told them that it was my anniversary. The hotel staff kept calling our room until I was present in front of them. So I had to spend almost 2 hours in front of reception to sort out my issue with agoda with no compassion from the hotel staff. At last, I had to pay for 2 adults additional on top of what I paid for two rooms. I don't mind paying, but I expected that the room to be immaculate as they were so ada***t on payment. However, when I entered the room, I saw stains on bathroom curtains and towels. Even after paying an additional amount, I had to ask for additional toiletries. The only good thing about my stay was the behaviour of room service staff. If the hotel is so stringent on policies, they need to pay services in par with what they stand for. However, I don't see that happening. When I checked out, I asked for GM's email ID. The lady in reception gave that on a piece of paper. When I asked if they didn't have a visiting card, she said that the hotel GM doesn't have that. For the cost they charge, I have better experiences in trivandrum. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. They need to correct the wear and tear and appoint staff who can be compassionate in front office. Please look for other properties where customer service is taken seriously. I can assure that there are better options in trivandrum at the same price.

It’s okay to stay for a night or two but for over 5 days of my stay it could have been better..

The food, the service, the cleanliness of the place were extremely good and we were all very happy. The staff were polite and ensured that we were well taken care of. I would certainly recommend the place both for stay and for conducting functions/celebrations.

It's a hotel for business trips while we went with a family. Good 1) Clean and spacious room/bathrooms. 2) Provided extended checkout time as aligned beforehand during booking Bad 1) While the website shows that they provide a bottled water, hotel said no. It's still listed on their website. Worse was the discussion around providing a 20Rs. bottle that I eventually purchased since am not comfortable in providing normal water to 1 & 5 years old. Hotel was ada***t to not provide this and gladly argued for 10 minutes for a petty issue. 2) Swimming pool is strictly not for kids. No support whatsoever. 3) Food service is slow. Quality is ok. 4) Hotel cab is super-expensive.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff and we completely enjoyed our stay. If you are going with family you can ahead and book. Staffs were very friendly and even while leaving also they gave us welcome drink due to hot weather.

I had arranged a get-together for my colleagues and friends at the pool deck. The ***agement and staff arranged the food and other facilities in a good ***ner. The food was delicious and impressive. Servtwas awesome. Would highly recommend this hotel.
