I booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday! In conclusion, it was fantastic! I sent an email beforehand asking for help with a surprise, and they kindly agreed and even offered suggestions. On the day of our arrival, I was so excited, but we were warmly welcomed from the entrance, which made me very happy. We booked dinner and breakfast, and the portions were incredibly generous! My boyfriend was very satisfied and ate with a smile, saying how delicious it was! The hot springs were also great, and the view was wonderful. It was a truly happy time. As for the surprise, it was a huge success! The staff cooperated so well, and my boyfriend was overjoyed! It was a truly unforgettable trip! Thank you so much for a wonderful time! We will definitely use your services again!

This stay offered the quintessential, meticulous Japanese service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively helped with our luggage. We also enjoyed exquisite welcome desserts and matcha while checking in. The room had a fantastic open view, with a blend of lush greenery and ocean vistas. We even got to witness a sliver of sunrise in the morning (though it was cloudy on the day of our stay, so we only saw a peek). The ryokan provides an 'in-room dining' (heyashoku) service, where staff thoughtfully arrange and deliver incredibly elaborate breakfast and dinner spreads right to your room – a true feast for the senses. Of course, the most perfect experience of this trip was undoubtedly the private open-air onsen attached to our room. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the unbeatable ocean view was pure bliss! Although the ryokan also has two public open-air baths, the scenery there was comparatively unremarkable, and there were quite a few insects around dusk, so we only stayed for a short dip. Overall, the private in-room onsen experience was impeccable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family.

Stayed from Oct 2-4. **Environment**: Right by the sea, you can see the ocean as soon as you open the curtains, with waves crashing against the rocks. The balcony is an excellent spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The window insulation is superb; when you close the windows at night, you can't hear the sound of the waves at all. This hotel seems to be the closest to the sea on this street, and I absolutely loved the location. **Service**: The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to Inatori Station, with several departures to the train station daily. The shuttle is clean and tidy. **Dining**: The Japanese breakfast and dinner were very standard, exquisite, and abundant. The portions were so large that I couldn't finish any meal. **Hot Springs**: The public hot spring area has many different pools, each with a different temperature. There are complimentary cold drinks and ice water available at the entrance to the hot spring rooms. **Details**: Both the hotel rooms and public hot spring rooms provide facial cleansers and skincare products, all by POLA. There's also hair treatment oil available for use. Each room comes with complimentary snacks, and the 'Sakura Ebi no Mai' (cherry shrimp crackers), a specialty of Shizuoka Prefecture, are delicious. Before leaving, I bought POLA skincare products, 'Sakura Ebi no Mai,' and 'Kinmedai Miso Soup' (red snapper miso soup) from the hotel's shop. **Unexpected Surprise**: Upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been upgraded. My room's balcony came with a private hot spring bath, which was absolutely fantastic! I could wake up in the morning and soak in the hot spring while listening to the sound of the waves. For everything else that words can't convey, just look at the pictures. In short, if I go to Izu again, I will definitely choose this onsen hotel.

A quiet onsen town, with traditional Japanese rooms. It's slowly becoming commercialized, and fewer places offer dinner and breakfast served in your room these days. This stay, however, was a great experience. Since it was our anniversary, the staff even arranged for us to have a pair of mandarin ducks in our room. They took photos of us and gifted them to us at check-out, which was a lovely touch. We visited on a weekday, so the public bath felt almost like a private one. Enjoying the public bath all to ourselves, gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is super convenient, getting guests to Izu-Atagawa Station in just a minute.

This is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are  the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.  Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

The hotel provides a pick-up service from Izu Jiudadama. The shuttle bus is on time. I am not afraid of not finding the hotel at night. I booked a Japanese-style room for four people on the same day. At that time, the waiter has prepared the tatami bed, but there are fewer restaurants nearby! But go to the 27th Nanyidou cherry blossom and rape flower festival at night cherry blossom spot and bamboo lantern spot about 10 to 15 minutes away!

The hotel is renovated and renamed, so it is doing discounts. Each room has a private spa There is parking lot, there is a table tennis room on the public wind floor, free massage chair The room was clean, but not the corner room in the picture, there was no window behind the bed, but there was a long bathtub as shown in the picture Kimono available at check-in. Room has another set of pajamas and bathrobes. One berth and two meals, the Australian and cattle at the dinner buffet are good, but the beef roasted by Shouxi is like sukiya quality, which is a pity. The buffet ramen is good and delicious, the sashimi, the salad bar is medium and upper, the desserts and fried things are average. Spring strawberry festival is a bit of a play, only strawberry roll cake, strawberry cheese cake and ice cream xd (cheese ice cream is delicious) Breakfast is normal ~ medium and upper, delicious but don't expect too much, scrambled eggs are good, accidentally found that the garlic chili oil in the peach house is delicious, slightly spicy but fragrant, regret not buying a few bottles in Japan! Official website has Chinese introduction

The hotel is right by the sea. The view from the window of the room is very beautiful. Dinner and breakfast are complete and delicious. There is an outdoor onsen upstairs of the hotel. And there is a private onsen as well. The staff are willing to serve even though they can't speak English. But try to communicate with the guests Overall worth the price paid.
