The lady at the counter was so accommodating. Provided everything we needed and was happy to help in any other way. Spoke a little English but used google translate to help. We couldn't use the dining room for dinner, I think that had to be booked in advance. There was only one or two other places open in town at 7.30pm for dinner. So wasn't many options. The room had stains all over the floor, but otherwise the beds were clean, and comfortable being on the harder springy side, and the bathroom was very clean. The onsen was amazing. The room was a good size, and had extra toilets down the hall if we needed them. The Japanese breakfast that was provided was fantastic. We only stayed one night because we were walking the next day just near there otherwise would have stayed in a bigger town, because of the limited outside facilities. But for the price and it was convenient it was good. Would stay again if I had to, but otherwise would go for a bit nicer place.

Very pleasantly surprised, each room has a separate floor heating, warm but not dry, the room is very new, there is a special ski drying room and waxing place, very professional, the hotel is a few minutes drive from the spot tail snow field, the hotel has a free car transfer. The key boss and the proprietress are super good. The boss is Japanese but the Chinese is very good. The skiing is very good. It can take classes and do guide skiing. The proprietress is a Chinese girl. She is super hospitable and cooks good dishes. It is rare to eat Chinese taste in Japan. I am so touched, and I check out on the return trip. In the event of heavy snow delay, did not catch the plane, the proprietress remotely helped solve the problem, in short, five-star recommendation!

Because it is recommended to google map, it is not necessary to leave the car early and push it up the mountain, but it turned out that there was no one on the road near the fruit, so it is impossible to have super thick snow belts. Remember to take the bus to the snow field. The car shop will be located in the hotel. If you don’t have to go up the mountain, you will want to die.

Dinner buffet I am full of expectations, don't have too much expectations, the location is not good, you can travel by car, there is no store nearby, and it is difficult to recognize the road in heavy snow. The best thing is that the network is very poor, 4G has 1 grid, the Internet is difficult, WIFI is as weak, and the line is often disconnected. You can feel the air of nature wholeheartedly, the hot springs are good for hygiene, and the bath products used are also very good.
