"Grandpa and grandma are very helpful and friendly. They are always trying to work it out. They don’t speak English but we used translation with them and we gonna come back again."

"Located in Akakura, a mountain village on the Myoko Plateau, this guesthouse is home to an adorable pet rabbit!
My room was spacious, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace, two sofas, and a small table. The toilet was next door to the room, while the bathroom was downstairs with a bathtub. Hot water was available in the common area; however, there was no washing machine or dryer.
The guesthouse is very close to the Akakura Onsen area, and the scenery is quite beautiful on a short walk!"

The accommodation is clean and tidy, with drying rooms, public hot springs, washing machines, beverage vending machines and free tea areas. There is also a service to pick up and drop off to Akacang Hot Springs and Akacang Sightseeing Snow Resort.
The meal is very delicious and the portion is sufficient.

There's a rental for ski/snowboard equipment which quite comfortable.
The staff have a sense of service-mindedness. Although their English is not fluent but they try hard to communicate.

酒店位置偏僻，自駕會好一點。酒店有許多當地人會使用浴場和相應的溫泉設施，衛生方面會略有不足。這間酒店也是我第一次遇到儲物櫃需要投幣的酒店。泡完溫泉後有茶水供應，其他設施都需要付費。酒店的房間很大，景觀不錯，對著雪山和櫻花。廁所有獨立的浴缸泡湯，不過操作起來不太方便。
