Shymkent Hotels with Breakfast

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

I was personally very satisfied with this hostel! The location is great, near Shymkent Plaza, and the accommodation is clean. Plus, having a private bathroom in each room is really convenient. However, while you can eat in the rooms, cooking is limited to a microwave and a water heater.

Most of all I liked: the convenient location of the hotel, the responsive staff and the size of the room.

The room was incredibly spacious, and everything felt new and modern. We were allowed to check in three hours early since our room was ready, which was a huge relief after an overnight flight – a big thank you for that! It's a bit far from the city center and main attractions, but taxis are inexpensive and arrive quickly. The breakfasts were excellent: they had homemade cottage cheese and sour cream, seasonal strawberries, porridge, and scrambled eggs. The Wi-Fi was superb; it never failed me once during my three-day stay, which was crucial for my work. We even managed to go on an excursion near Shymkent. Since we left at 5 AM and missed breakfast, they kindly allowed us to pack a dry meal for the next day. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good evening, I recently stayed at the Metropol Hotel and I'm genuinely delighted I chose this particular hotel. The staff were amazing – very polite and always helpful with my requests. The hotel restaurant is superb and serves delicious, generously sized dishes. Even though I'm not a small eater myself, they served such large portions that when my salad arrived, I realized it would be enough on its own, and I still had a main course coming! So I was thoroughly stuffed. The hotel's location is also excellent, with everything like shopping centers within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied, so I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I visited the city in May and chose this hotel because it was close to the metro, which made it convenient to get to all the places I planned to visit. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and always eager to help. They also have a washing machine and dryer available. My room was cleaned daily. When I booked, I specifically requested a non-smoking room. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, so you can clearly hear if someone in the next room is being loud.

I stayed one night for a layover in Shymkent. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made the stay very convenient!

Из плюсов: красивый чистый отель, с большими комнатами, кровать, подушка и одеяло комфортные для сна. Приехали раньше (утром), заселили без вопросов (не попросили никаких доплат за раннее заселение. Так как улетали ночью, не попадали на завтрак (который по тарифу был у нас включен). Попросили собрать нам к моменту отъезда ланч-боксы. Все сделали (кашу подогрели, бутерброды, яицо, йогурт, яблоко, сырник, колбаса, сыр, булочка). Полноценный завтрак - большое спасибо! Из минусов: у нас был крайний номер на этаже, в стенах постоянно слышали журчание воды, канализации, бульканье. Потом начал дребезжать толи холодильник, толи кондиционер. Мы просто все отключили и легли спать. Если бы жили дольше чем один день, то попросила бы поменять номер. Но мы были настолько уставшие после двух перелетов, что просто уснули.

Very good. The room is cool and spacious. There is a veranda so the view is good. They are friendly and the breakfast is good. I will go back on my next business trip.

The welcome drink in the lobby is a fragrant wine like Christmas! ! I have attached the candy house provided by the cake shop in the cake shop (ask me if I can eat it, just in case), I am very happy.
