GGuest UserThe place is nice, a touch of modern architecture. Inclides complimentary access to their Spa. Breakfast buffet is okay; selection of food is okay and taste is okay. Went down to the buffet at 8:30, food servings were almost depleted but they did not replenish them anymore

AadmiralcrunchieStay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine.
The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd.
Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.

GGuest UserThe hotel is okay. The breakfast is meh, not bad but not great. It is located near many malls and restaurants. There is a convenience store near the main entrance. The main pool is 4 feet all throughout, and there is a 2ft jacuzzi. We had to ask twice for room cleaning.

DDetermineMy room selection was very spacious and it was great to see that I had a huge refrigerator and an entire kitchen area to myself, giving me the choice to cook for myself as all the necessary utensils were provided; this was similar to an Airbnb offer.
The swimming pool area was quiet and beautiful, I had it all to myself.
However, my problem was that customer service at the front desk offered poor service and had a nonchalant behavior ie my flight was late afternoon & I asked if I could stay for an extra 2hrs because check out was at 12pm and I didn't mind paying the fee based on a time basis but then she stated that I have to pay a full half day fee which is 12hrs fee which was ridiculous so I declined.
Went down to the lobby and waited there for the 2hrs after which I asked if I could use the restroom then I was told it was out of use.
Can you imagine that after spending so many days and money at the hotel but was refused to their restroom upon leaving.
