GGuest UserThis B&B in Manila is just perfect! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room is bright and clean, with plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared conversion plugs. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying food late at night. It is comfortable and worry-free to stay here, and I have to give it a full score!

AAnonymous UserThe kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience.
The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite.
We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast.
I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training.
Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional.
The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

Eemmanuel carilloWe had a wonderful stay at Discovery Suites Manila with our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for kidsâour children absolutely loved it. The pool was another highlight and became a favorite spot for the whole family.
We also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special. We deeply appreciate the thoughtful effort in providing a cake and wine, along with the beautiful greeting banner. These small but meaningful touches made our celebration unforgettable.
Thank you to the Discovery Suites Manila team for the excellent service, attention to detail, and for helping us create such memorable moments. We highly recommend this hotel for families and special occasions.

GGuest UserI paid a deposit using my Mastercard at the front desk, but it still hasn't been refunded. When I checked out, they said it would take one to two weeks to process. It's already been a month! Anyway, I'll be back in Manila, Philippines soon.

JJob De LunaI recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel Ortigas and Iâd say it was worth it!
The location is super convenient â walking distance to malls like SM Megamall and lots of food places, so I never had a hard time looking for where to eat or buy essentials.
The room itself was simple but clean. The bed was comfy, the aircon worked great, and the bathroom was neat with strong water pressure (big plus!). It doesnât have fancy amenities like a gym or pool, but for the price, I wasnât expecting that. The Wi-Fi was stable too, which helped me get some work done.
What I liked most was the staff â friendly, approachable, and very efficient during check-in and check-out. The guards at the entrance also made me feel secure.
Overall, if you just need a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ortigas, Hop Inn is a solid choice. Not luxurious, but definitely practical and budget-friendly.

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

We stayed to celebrate my mommyâs and cousinâs birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding.
