RRiri_999We have been checkin in here as out favorite spot to pamper and relax. Checked-in here 3 times as a couple and bow brought our 7 year old daughter and she enjoyed the water spa and kiddie pool. Ace never disappoints us. We are a loyal guests.

GGuest UserThis B&B in Manila is just perfect! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room is bright and clean, with plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared conversion plugs. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying food late at night. It is comfortable and worry-free to stay here, and I have to give it a full score!

CChenyiwanmianThe room was decent. Even though I don't speak English, communicating with the front desk via translation software was smooth. The only downside is that the hotel's only smoking area is on the third-floor restaurant balcony, and after 9 PM when it closes, there's nowhere for smokers like us to go. Plus, returning to the room smelling of smoke after a cigarette made hotel staff mistakenly think I was smoking in the room, leading to warnings and threats of an 8000 peso fine. Having to explain myself for a long time was really uncomfortable.

MMhike YapOur stay at Victoria Hillcrest Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.

GGuest UserDeliberate attempt by the hotel to mislead guests by using the same photos of different room types for all their rooms. Appreciate the upgrade but left a bad taste at how it was eventually done.
Housekeeping is poor as they either leave my clothes on the phone, did not change the soiled bedsheet, or failed to top up the tea. Read many reviews about the limited breakfast which is true, so I wanted to book room without breakfast but there's no option for it. Again you can see how deliberate the hotel is in their attempt to cover up.
The positives are a comfortable bed and constant shower temperature/pressure.

KKaixerRichmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time.
I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint.
The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room.
All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night.
One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness.
The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable.
While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well.
The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient.
Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed.
I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations.
Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.

We stayed to celebrate my mommy’s and cousin’s birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. AAnonymous UserThis is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.
