GGuest UserThe Ace Hotel and Suites not only offers a good stay but an overall great experience. The water spa inside the hotel, its location just a few minutes walk to Capitol Commons and Estancia Mall, lots of dining options in the area as well as in-house, etc. The room is also spacious and clean.

Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the little touches and the great service. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. AAnonymous UserThis is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.

GGuest UserThis B&B in Manila is just perfect! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room is bright and clean, with plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared conversion plugs. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying food late at night. It is comfortable and worry-free to stay here, and I have to give it a full score!

We stayed to celebrate my mommy’s and cousin’s birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. KKaixerRichmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time.
I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint.
The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room.
All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night.
One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness.
The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable.
While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well.
The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient.
Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed.
I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations.
Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.

AAnonymous UserAlthough rooms with garage parking are actually available upon arrival, the online booking system shows that no parking is available. Because of this, guests are required to pay an additional parking fee when they get to the property. When you compute the total cost, it ends up being almost the same as the regular rate, making the online discount essentially meaningless. This was very disappointing, especially since the listing states that free parking is included as an amenity.
