Lucien ZhaoThe sanitation is OK, but the check-in experience was really bad. The three of us booked the room through Ctrip. Some people needed to pay a deposit, while others didn't. It felt random. The hotel is old, but maybe it's like this here. Although it's close to the mall, there's really nothing good to eat in the mall.

Guest UserThe hotel is new and located about 8 km outside of Taif on the bypass. My room was excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the location on the six-lane bypass, there was a lot of traffic noise in my side-facing room, despite the double-glazed windows, which I managed to mask somewhat with the air conditioning on full blast. Breakfast was more Arabic-style, with no fresh juices. In the evening, a pretty good buffet was offered for 99 SAR.
