Chiang Khan Hotels with Breakfast

It is a classic ancient style room in the same style as many accommodation in Chiang Khan. The condition of the room may not be very new, but the air conditioner is cool, TV equipment supports YouTube (SmartTV). The hotel offers merit and alms to monks in the morning. Can inform the staff at 06:00 Downstairs there is a coffee corner. Hot drinks are free to guests. (Breakfast is charged extra). The lobby area can sit and take pictures in proportion. Overall, I like it because of the peace. And not next to the very noisy area Things that guests may need to prepare to bring: hair dryer, one-time equipment (such as toothbrush, razor)

Overall, the hotel is good. The staff are incredibly service-minded and very eager to help guests. The view is also nice. My only complaint is that the air conditioning is quite old and barely cools the room. On the first night, after checking in, we slept normally. In the morning, a staff member informed us that we would be upgraded to a riverside room, which made us very happy. However, the air conditioning in that room didn't cool at all. I understand that it's a glass-fronted room and might get hot from direct sunlight, but even with the AC set to 16 degrees, it remained warm. I woke up sweating. I informed the staff, and they were great; they sent a technician immediately to refill the refrigerant. From about 3 PM until almost 7 PM, it still didn't cool down. We had to use the ”powerful cool” function to get about 20 minutes of cold air before it would get hot again. I informed the staff once more, and they sent someone to check right away, but they couldn't fix it. The staff then offered to move us to an even better room, but it was in a building that required walking up stairs. Since we were with an elderly person who couldn't manage the stairs, we decided to stay in the original room. The lovely staff then offered us a fan. If it weren't for that fan, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep. All of this is to say that the hotel's air conditioning is quite old. Also, the TV remote batteries were dead, and the TV box cable was loose, so I constantly had to go over and jiggle the wire. I'd like to suggest that the owner have technicians/staff thoroughly check everything for guests, as the room rate is over a thousand baht, which is quite high, so these issues shouldn't occur. If I get a chance to visit Chiang Khan again, I would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️

We booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

Absolutely wonderful place, perfect location and friendly staff. Superior rooms are definitely worth the extra. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is right across from the Mekong River and about a 5-minute drive from the night market. The water pressure in the hotel rooms was excellent, although the drain was a bit clogged. The air conditioning seemed to be on but not working properly; you'd need to ask the hotel for a fan. Each room has a terrace, which is perfect for smokers, as indoor smoking is prohibited in Thailand. The hotel pool is beautiful and great for taking photos. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was delicious, and there were two photo spots at the breakfast area, along with a very cute cat that responds when you talk to it 🥰. The hotel has parking for drivers, and the parking lot has many mango trees 😆

The location of the hotel is very good, in the Chiang Khan walking street, cleanliness is good, the view at the back is a river view, the interior lacks a hair dryer, and the bathroom is narrow and not very convenient, the sanitary ware is still old-style. If the sanitary ware in the room is changed, it will be considered. It's good to have a lot of common areas to sit in. Overall it's considered good, but the price is a little high.

Great little getaway. Just got and married and my wife and I went for our honeymoon. They rooms were great for a couple or even just two close friends. Clean and neat. Appreciated the soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Not too far from walking street. You’ll either need your own transportation or will have call a GRAB though to go anywhere

We were disappointed with our stay. We decided to treat ourselves and book a deluxe river view room. On arrival we discovered that the parking was a few streets away - a bit inconvenient and not as advertised. The room did indeed have a river view but the room was tiny. I am 5’7” and my partner is 6’3” and neither of us could enter the room without ducking down under the low doorframe. The ceiling in the room was very low and we both had to duck into the bathroom. I feel the ceiling height should be mentioned in the room listing as it really is very low and all but the shortest of guests would struggle. Luckily they had an upstairs room available, with a partial river view, which we changed to, at an added cost. The lady informed us that breakfast would be served in the restaurant across the road. She gave us a voucher for breakfast. When we woke up and went for breakfast the restaurant was closed and there was no one on reception to ask for help. We needed to check out and get our key deposit back but couldn’t find anyone to help us. After a few attempts of calling the hotel phone number I got an answer and a lady appeared a few minutes later. She took us to a restaurant a way down the street where we were able to get some food - this took ages to come and as we were already late in leaving due to no one being available to check us out we had to leave before all the food arrived. All in all we were really disappointed and felt that the price of the accommodation was not reflected in the standard of the room or the service we received.

It is a hotel next to the Mekong River. The weather is good. The rooms are classic wooden houses. But there will be some noise when walking. The room is reasonably wide. But it may look old. Especially the bathroom and towels are already a bit yellowish. Breakfast is considered delicious, delicious orange juice, delicious wet rice and delicious soup. Overall, it's considered good.
