Чудесное место для отдыха 🫶 проживали 2 семьями с 25 до 30 декабря в самой маленькой вилле, все это время с нами были замечательные Стив и Мухамед. Стив возил нас по всему острову куда бы мы не захотели и забирал нас из любого места, спасибо тебе Стив🙏Мухамед так же позаботился о том, чтобы наш отдых был беззаботным, помогал организовать стирку, организовал нам экскурсию на море🙏виллу убирают каждый день, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи ( мы не готовили тк на сайри много вкусных кафе). Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха, очень атмосферно и уютно, в окружении джунглей ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Kupu Kupu Phangan and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained—ideal for relaxation and well-being. A very special thank you goes to the fantastic team, especially Bank, AD, Micky, San, Aek, Lin, Ziny, Nonoe, and Foam. Everyone was always warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We were particularly touched by the loving and patient way our son was treated. As a family, we felt welcome from the very first moment. We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend Kupu Kupu Phangan.

Hostel 10/10 ⭐ The hostel offers a lot of activities. There's a shuttle that takes you to the beach at 1:30 PM and picks you up at 4 PM. The beaches change every day, which is a nice touch. There's also a shuttle for sunset viewing at 5:30 PM, returning at 7 PM. Each floor has common areas, which I found to be very clean. The 6-person dorm room was spacious, exactly as pictured. Plus, there's a pool at the hostel. On the downside, the location isn't very lively for nightlife; the parties are on the opposite side of the island. There's no Grab, only taxis starting from 200 baht per ride.

A wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

Our stay at The Tarna Resort was very pleasant overall. Unfortunately, it didn't start optimally. Unlike many other hotels, we weren't offered help with our luggage upon arrival. We had to carry our heavy bags to the lobby ourselves. Even our taxi driver surprisingly asked, ”No bell boy here?” After check-in, we also had to wait about two to three hours for our luggage to be brought to the room. When I inquired at the front desk after a long time, I was told: ”We don't have any personnel now, I'm sorry.” This initial impression unfortunately conveyed a sense of understaffing. However, the room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view, in particular, was fantastic. We really liked the resort's location in the midst of nature, surrounded by lush greenery and an almost jungle-like environment. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. While Thai rice soup wasn't offered, that was more of an extra luxury wish than an expectation. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only significant point of criticism was the noticeable staff shortage, which was particularly evident upon arrival and with the luggage service. With a bit more staff and better service in this area, the experience would have been almost perfect.

This wasn't our first visit to Koh Phangan, but it was our first time at this hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. After checking in, we were shown to a room on the third floor, on the edge, next to the road and the pumping station at the back of the hotel. We asked to be moved right away, without even entering the room. Without question, we were offered two other rooms to choose from. One was on the ground floor with access to the pool, but next to the road. The other was on the second floor, away from the road and further from the pumping station. We chose the second. By the way, the hotel has several price ranges, and ours was the cheapest! We booked a room with breakfast included, and we didn't regret it. Egg dishes, fresh herbs, fruit, buns, sausages, chicken, and more... overall, it was filling. The hotel is located next to a snorkeling spot, with lots of fish, shells, and sea urchins. We knew about this spot, so we went to this beach for our first four days. We made the right choice. The only downside is the air conditioner located directly above the bed. Turn it off and it's stuffy, but turn it on and it's immediately cold 🙄 Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel. The photo shows the view from the room. There was a sense of intimacy, as the building is U-shaped, with windows overlooking the courtyard and pool. It's very quiet.

We had an amazing time there. I really have nothing bad to say about it.  First of all- the stuff. Always welcoming you with a smile and treating you with a personal attention. for example we told them we’re going to the beach and they offered us to borrow snorkeling masks for free. Also I got hurt in my leg and they really helped me to bandage it.  The most appreciated thing is that they heard our ferry back is at noon so they offered us late check out for free!  Beside that, the room is very clean, the view to the beach from the balcony is a big wow. the coffee at breakfast is just perfect.  Thank you so much guys ♥️♥️♥️ hope to come back someday.

Good service throughout our stay with staff being helpful and friendly. Has a nice pool area and loungers on beach front. In a good central location in Sairee area. The room we had was large and generally clean although does seem to have an issue with drain flies, despite trying to get rid of them each day there would be numerous more by the next day. Also be prepared for mosquitoes! Aside from this still recommend.

We had an unforgettable week at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, like a jungle, with a pool and the sea nearby (just as good as Ao Leuk beach). The breakfasts are wonderful, with something for everyone. The staff are friendly; I'd especially like to mention Kiat. There's also a dive school on-site, which is very convenient. The road to the hotel is one of the most scenic on the island – it's a real pleasure coming back here.

We had a pleasant stay at Beach Club by Haadtien, but with mixed feelings. The location is beautiful: a lovely bay in a peaceful setting. The room itself was fine and we appreciated the daily fresh towels (both for the bathroom and the beach/pool) as well as the complimentary bottled water. The food in the restaurant is also good, although we found it relatively expensive by Thai standards. At the same time there are several aspects that, especially given the price of the hotel, should be better. The sound insulation is very poor: you can literally understand what your neighbours are saying, and music as well as footsteps from the rooms above or adjacent are clearly audible. This makes getting a good night’s sleep more a matter of luck than comfort. In addition, the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly, which affects both comfort and the efficiency of the air conditioning which I thought was a pity, especially on an island where energy use should be taken seriously. Housekeeping and general maintenance could also be improved. In this price range, you would not expect to find squashed mosquitoes on the walls. The property and the room show signs of wear and tear in several places, such as broken tiles and damage to the floor. There was also quite a bit of plastic on the beach, although we realise this may not be entirely within the hotel’s control. The shuttle service to the village is a nice addition, but having to reserve it a day in advance makes it less flexible than you would hope. Overall conclusion: A beautifully located hotel with a good foundation, but it falls short in several important areas given the price. For us, this would be a reason to consider other options next time. Overall, we did not feel it was worth the money.
