"The room is very good. The historic old house is the best location overlooking the Mesopotamia Plain. The night view is great. The shower water is very large. It is very comfortable. Shortly there is no even breakfast, but it is written that 3-time meals, the owner said that the application error. The hotel for lovers will be private and that no one for them would wake up, we very much liked the host very kind and responsive and caring yu, we two girls, asked to show the surroundings as we arrived late at night and in the morning we had already had a departure, He was kind and we were happy with a night tour, we were in December, in the hole clean and warm(heating and air conditioning) and here the toilet in the tambur or the preband like to call it I don't know)), there is cool and take a shower a little uncomfortable

GGuest UserI chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

HHARUNALocated in the middle of Old Mardin, in a very beautiful location. The rooms are nice and the view from the terrace is great.
(I think it would be smoother to check the hotel in advance because the picture of the room seems to be basically displayed the same thing in any room plan)
The shower was easy to use and the dryer was powerful.
Breakfast was also good enough. Rather, there are some kinds of side dishes that obviously cannot be eaten, so I left a large amount every morning and felt it was a waste. I wish I could get as much as I needed.
Also, it may be difficult in Turkey, but I would appreciate it if you could make the breakfast venue non-smoking.
It was a pity that I couldn't relax in the shared space because all the staff smoked indoors.
However, there is no problem other than that, the location and atmosphere are really nice, and there is no doubt that it is a comfortable hotel.

And in fact they left the airport of Mardina and immediately waited for us by the Havaş bus and the driver kindly said that we would be taken directly to the hotel. They went right next to the hotel door, which were very pleased. While waiting for the settlement, we were offered tea. In general, the staff is polite and friendly, though speaking English badly, but it didn't prevent us, there is an interpreter and a sister speaks Turkish. In general, in Mardine, it is bad with English, in terms of speaking speech. The room was three-bedroom, like in the old castle. We already lived in a similar place in Kapadokia. The breakfast is Turkish, we really liked the Turkish coffee excellent. And the view from the terrace at all is a bomb, to Mesopotamia. In general, next time only there!
