Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und dennoch war es ruhig und erholsam. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Located in the middle of Old Mardin, in a very beautiful location. The rooms are nice and the view from the terrace is great. (I think it would be smoother to check the hotel in advance because the picture of the room seems to be basically displayed the same thing in any room plan) The shower was easy to use and the dryer was powerful. Breakfast was also good enough. Rather, there are some kinds of side dishes that obviously cannot be eaten, so I left a large amount every morning and felt it was a waste. I wish I could get as much as I needed. Also, it may be difficult in Turkey, but I would appreciate it if you could make the breakfast venue non-smoking. It was a pity that I couldn't relax in the shared space because all the staff smoked indoors. However, there is no problem other than that, the location and atmosphere are really nice, and there is no doubt that it is a comfortable hotel.

On arrival, we thought we would have to take the suitcases to the mountain to the hotel. And in fact they left the airport of Mardina and immediately waited for us by the Havaş bus and the driver kindly said that we would be taken directly to the hotel. They went right next to the hotel door, which were very pleased. While waiting for the settlement, we were offered tea. In general, the staff is polite and friendly, though speaking English badly, but it didn't prevent us, there is an interpreter and a sister speaks Turkish. In general, in Mardine, it is bad with English, in terms of speaking speech. The room was three-bedroom, like in the old castle. We already lived in a similar place in Kapadokia. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. If we ask what is the biggest expectation from a hotel, we consider the day-long tiredness to be quiet and beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor, as 6-7 starts at night 1-2 E. Afternoon, a sound starts at morning 5-6 comes to the afternoon. 8. I can't think of the remaining on the 7th floor in one of the restaurant department in the floor. The sound is also on the street because the corners continue to car sounds until morning. I never recommend to my small family and baby friends if we come to the rooms. No baby's room for bed, nor you have done a shower toilet, it's a shame. The parking is okay because it's okay. Unfortunately, we never regret this money. Very good room! Very clean and tidy, the facilities are very complete, and there are heating equipment to make the room very warm. The store family is very nice and welcoming, it is a very good stay!
