Kampala Hotels with Breakfast

Very clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

Excellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.

Friendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.

Great place for holiday. The customer service is outstanding. All employees made me feel very welcome and man was the food amazing. Every dish I ordered was very delicious. I would come here many times over, just for the food. The only thing is that the road to the hotel is very poor. Extremely bumpy ride, and I am not sure how people would move around on rainy days.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, and the hygiene is also very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is close to the road. Some rooms close to the road have the sound of cars and motorcycles, which affects sleep. We later changed to a quieter room. However, there was a bar inside the hotel that held a birthday party on Friday. The sound of the speakers was very loud. It was almost 11 o'clock in the evening and there was no sign of it ending. Later, I called the front desk and asked them to ask the lobby manager to turn down the music.

The place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days. The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

Great place, especially if travelling as family or with friends. The 2 bedroom apartment are pretty sizable. Their electricity battery backup works seamlessly without noticeable interruption. The only thing is that the battery storage is connected to lighting and select wall sockets. But it's pretty good. The only other thing is that the access roads to the apartment are very bad, especially on a rainy day. I was advised that the works are under way and the access roads will be fixed soon.
