Very good hotel, complete facilities, large rooms, convenient and safe parking, good quality breakfast provided, comfortable and clean bedding, will stay again

The hotel was specialized in health clubs and saunas, so it was better. Walnut Creek was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax quietly. The interior was clean. However, it was a pity that the shelf in the bathroom was somewhat rusty.

The experience of our was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the attentive staff ensured a seamless and pleasant process. The ambiance was inviting, and every detail seemed carefully curated to enhance the customer's experience. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. I'm genuinely impressed and will undoubtedly be returning soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience.

There was an error on my reservations, I had selected a king size bed and I was given a two queen size beds. Both were the same charge of 149.00 dollars. I contacted trip.com to correct the error, I was told it was not possible. I contacted the hotel, they also said it wasn't possible. When I went to the hotel to check in, I explained to the check-in person that was there at the time, which happened to be a lady I cannot remember her name, my apologies. She was nice enough, and friendly enough to accommodate me in this mix-up. So thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my stay as always. I have never had a bad experience at this particular Hotel, which is the courtyard in Richmond Berkeley. So once again thank you to the hotel, for accommodating me in my situation. Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.

The people at the front desk where really welcoming and nice. There was reservations for the pools and the pool was warm. The room was better than I expected! I loved my stay at this hotel highly recommend!

I initially had a hard time locating this Inn, Waze was directing me to a gas station and a restaurant when it was hidden in a corner! The should put up a sign or arrow pointer! Room is clean. I used a black light and saw no stains on my sheets which is a good thing! The best thing is the price for the room and the security. It is one step above a Motel 8 for sure! I stayed 4 nights and was expecting them to refresh the towels and linen on the 3rd day but it did not happen!

We love the location. Right across The Veranda and many other shops. The room assigned to us was spacious, clean and beautiful. Hotel staff are all nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again in our future visits.

I've stayed here in the past and I Must say, It has IMPROVED. The employees are much more Customer service oriented. It's definitely Cleaner. That's not only important, but impressive as well. The clientele all together seems to be of greater status, if that makes sense. All combined, makes for an enjoyable stay . Good Job on deserving another star

Room smelled musty probably because of the old carpet. Lamps in the nightstand were dusty and the microwave had rust inside so we didn’t feel safe using it. Towels were too thin but everything else was ok. Location is good. If you’re picky with where you’re staying at I wouldn’t recommend it but for visiting a family and don’t have other choice then yes.
