The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices."

Although the overall space is small, it is hygienic and comfortable. It is clean and I slept well. It is also very close to the shopping mall and within walking distance. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can arrange a leisurely breakfast. The coffee is delicious.

Nice hotel, the front desk is kind, breakfast is provided every day (although not delicious), there is a microwave oven downstairs to heat the packaged food, although the location is a bit biased, there is wholefoods or sprouts nearby walking, in short, it is very convenient

The room is small and old, facing the street and very noisy, and the nearby bar is still noisy at 2-3 am. The service is also average, parking fee is charged, and the breakfast is very monotonous. The only thing is that the location is good

michaelfengjiaYou can see the bay, but the view is not very magnificent. The sea view is a bit expensive and not worth it. The price of hotels in this area is very high, and the price/performance ratio is not bad. Parking charges, convenient for eating around.

Yee11A pleasant stay experience with courtyard @ Marriott Long Beach. The room is cozy. Front desk, Stephanie was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is also equipped with self guest laundry which is payable but morning coffee provided at the lobby is free. The location of the hotel was also pretty good, surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, great place to stay in!

The room is OK, after all, it is a home hotel, there is an open kitchenette, so it is more spacious. Breakfast is free, complimentary breakfast, next to the lobby. However, the elevator was originally two, and one was opened, so the elevator had to wait a long time. Then there was parking outside. When I checked in, the front desk told me that it was free (unless I heard it wrong or understood it wrong), but when I checked out, the front desk didn't tell me to charge, and gave me a small ticket that could be inserted next to the railing. The machine can go. The result came back to receive a deduction of $ 35, this is a bit expensive, $ 35 a night, and there is no text message notification, or I found this fee after checking the bank APP. Therefore, friends who want to stay at this hotel must confirm the parking fee with the front desk when checking in or checking out.

The hotel service is basically no. I booked a sea view room but was given a corner room. I could only see a little sea view. The waiter said for some reason that he had not received the room fee and charged me again. Although I negotiated and got it back, I never encountered this. For me who stayed for five days, late check-out should be possible, but the hotel just said that the rooms are limited. I am disappointed with Hilton and will not stay there again.

Great location (close to Vons supermarket and not too far from the Convention Centre). But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.
