"第二次入住Candlewood，這次沒有上次的好。在前台辦理入住時，我就告訴前台我分兩次訂了兩晚的房。可前台還是沒有一次性辦好兩天的房卡，第二天還要再辦一次退房和入住，而且又收了一天50$的按金。兩天100$的按金過了三天了還沒退。其他酒店都是退房當時就退按金的，不知道這個酒店按金什麼時候退？還要麻煩攜程通過合作商去催促一下"

Guest UserNext to the hotel is the University of Washington, 10 minutes walk to the beach, the room size is OK, there are many restaurants around to eat.

Very clean and nice staff. Nice room for a good price in a good location. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel. The gated parking garage was a plus. The room felt older and had a little wear and tear, but was we did enjoy it. Would stay there again

Everything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

David ChambersThey were clean and treat you better than most hotels. Give you privacy. Unlike most hotels. I know they had breakfast but we didn't make it for that. Laundry room was great we got most of our clothes clean anyways. The best time is at night to do laundry. It's open for the most part. Thanks you we're great
