Exceptional front desk customer service. Very clean and modern. Can be noisy from trains and inconsiderate guests. Only feedback would be that beds should be made for guests for the current prices, incredibly hard to make the top bunk beds with the current bed fitouts..it’s a shame that the hostel accommodation price is nearly double to what it should be.

The hostel seemed brand new. The private room was perfect, almost like an hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you YHA

Located near Roma St station, it is a bit of a walk up the hill. Currently undergoing renovations so some rooms are older and some are refurbished. The old bathrooms are small and you may have to wait.

The room stank and the mattress was very springy. Reception was unattended when I checked out so I had nowhere to leave my luggage.

I initially booked a bed in the 4-bed dorm but figured it was not for me. The rooms are smaller than those in YHA Sydney Central. The receptionist catered to my concerns and I then booked a double bed with shared bathroom, which was good overall. I never used the kitchen but it’s spacious and has a lot of utensils and cooking amenities. It’s close to the Southern Cross Station, where the airport link bus stops.

rooms are very nice and clean, mattress I had was overused so had a sunken spot. Over all good hostel.

The location of the hostel was excellent, the service also good. I loved the view from the terrace

Good facilities with nice rooftop space, kitchen and pool. Location is a little far out from the centre and requires walking across a few busy roads to get to the CBD. Room was clean but was internal and had no windows so quite dim and loud from the corridors

The staff are friendly and the room I use was a king size room, very clean and neat. That day I was about to checkout there was a firealarm from a toaster in the room and the staff were prompt in getting everyone outside in safety zone, while waiting for firefighters to determine the source and clear that all in well to return inside. The staff were awesome.

More events would have added to social atmosphere as a solo travel - lovely rooftop

useful accomodation for a backpacker's stay in Brisbane, with decent supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostel kitchen was always super busy and v little fridge space available though, with near half of the refrigerators labelled "out of use". the location itself was not a far walk, maybe 25 minutes, to parts of the city centre. I've attached some photos for reference

Stayed for a night! Convenient location 10 mins walk to Roma Station… Quite noisy (trains passing by, get earbuds), lack of curtains ??? (Get a eye mask as well). Kebabs and Indian food nearby open until late! Lovely views of the city from the pool area in the roof! Pic of the room taken at 5.10 am lol
