Sheraton Maoming Hot Spring Resort Reviews

Average facility, the hot spring is good. Location is far from city centre but there is daily shuttle bus connecting hotel and the train station.

First things first I’d like to thank the administrators of the hotel for keeping it high🔝 We enjoyed the services provided to us, from helping to find our room, a shop to buy swimsuit to helping organize a gift for birthday during our stay😍 The evening show with Chinese traditional dance and ballet was another pleasant surprise for us. Clean and well organized room kept us from worrying about the atmosphere and it was amazing. The fresh air, wonderful view, we will be happy to come here again!

This is a most satisfying experience. The hotel's design is very unique and the scenery is beautiful. The hot spring water is natural, making my skin smooth after soaking. I'm quite grateful to the lobby manager, Lv. He's warm and generous, with attentive and meticulous service. Always thinking from the guests' perspective, he offered me lots of help. I'll surely come again when passing by next time.

It is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill. Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them

I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s expansive garden, with its beautiful landscaping, was a highlight—a perfect oasis for relaxation and a refreshing escape from the busy city. I highly recommend the Sheraton for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay!

AAA service , AAA room Hotel is very new, very clean, very good landscape, The hotsprings next door are great but most important are the staff that is always pending to give you services without even asking. Although the hotel is a bit far away from city it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and didn't smell dusty. Hallways were neat and quiet. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly. Only one fault was when showering the water will go to boiling hot then ice cold. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax in peace and quiet. My baby enjoyed feeding the koi fish and watching the performance at night.

Definitely 5 stars experience. Staffs are very helpful, and treating us like VIP. Rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family taking a get away vacation here.

Nice place to relax and enjoy

I came here last year and had a good experience, so I came again this year... First of all, the hotel has a beautiful environment, clean rooms, good service attitude, luggage, pool cleaning, multiple bath towels, and the front desk lady Xiaoyu also gave me a lychee gift box when I left the hotel, etc., full of sincerity! Secondly, the hot springs have a feeling of being rotten, there are almost no staff, and the telephone consultation is very impatient. There are no requirements for hygiene and service, and there is not even the most basic safety guarantee. I won’t say much, just remind parents with children to keep an eye on their children (for example, a child was knocked down by two bear children with a double large swimming ring brought from the rainbow slide at the end of the shallow water park slide, and was pressed face down by the swimming ring and couldn’t breathe. It took more than half a minute to struggle out...) In general, the hotel is quite satisfactory, but the hot spring area is a bit disappointing!
