Although the hotel is a bit far away from city it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and didn't smell dusty. Hallways were neat and quiet. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly. Only one fault was when showering the water will go to boiling hot then ice cold. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax in peace and quiet. My baby enjoyed feeding the koi fish and watching the performance at night.

Definitely 5 stars experience. Staffs are very helpful, and treating us like VIP. Rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family taking a get away vacation here.

This hotel is suitable for family travel, with complete facilities and a wide view of the outdoor swimming pool. It is perfect for playing in the water in summer. The kids had a lot of fun. Lily at the front desk provided great service. She introduced the hotel's services to us and helped arrange a battery car to experience the hot springs. The weather on May Day was also great. The hot spring area is shared by two hotels. The hygiene in the dressing room is very poor, and the toilet is smelly. It is not what a five-star hotel should be like. 3. Some of the pools in the hot spring area are cold, and no one cleans up the floating objects visible to the naked eye in the water. 4. The facilities and equipment in the water park area are very old and have been renovated. The ticket is 168 yuan per person, but they are reluctant to spend money on repairs and updates. 5. Due to insufficient staff in the water park area, even the basic slides are not open. Some facilities are sealed after spending money. 6. There are too few places to drink water in the rest area of ​​the hot spring area, and the equipment is too old. 7. The key point is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hot spring area, and they are not disinfected in time. I was bitten several times in a short while. 8. I saw several flies in the buffet area in the morning, and the fly killer lamps were not set up enough. 9. The frogs in the water were so noisy at night that they kept croaking all night. Overall, the public hot spring area was the worst among all the hot spring hotels I visited, especially the toilet, which had a strong odor that filled the entire changing area. The hot spring in the room was OK. The system said it was a five-star hotel, but the actual experience was still not up to par.
