The front desk clerk and the restaurant waitress were very nice and help. Hotel room very clean

Hotel and staff was excellent. However the walls are thin, you can hear everything. Please don’t clean at night while people are trying to sleep

Great stay!

Unfortunately, the room was infested with ants that devoured us throughout our stay (night after night). Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room is a bit small, but the view is very good. The bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are sufficient and the height is very moderate. The hotel is also very cost-effective

The location is good, right across from the beach, the room is OK, I went there during Christmas, the hotel prices have increased, but the overall experience is good

Close to the city center, within walking distance to most places, good value for money

Very bad, really outrageous, changed after staying for one day

Horrível, péssimo hotel e atendimento pior ainda. Até greve os funcionários fizeram e ficamos um dia sem café da manhã. Reservei quarto com café da manhã incluído para 3 pessoas (adultos), obrigaram os 3 dormir na mesma cama de casal, disseram na ter cama extra e queriam cobrar café da manhã para 1 pessoa. Muito, muito ruim e excessivamente caro, comida ruim e cara. De todos os funcionários apenas 2 tentaram atender relativamente bem, os demais a má vontade imperava. NÃO recomendo, na verdade não recomendo sequer as Bahamas, lugar sujo, barulhento e caro.
