Hotel is ok. But Room was too small ((

It's a very old hotel. Very close to Paddington tube. English breakfast is very empty. There is no refrigerator in the room. And if you're coming there, make sure you have an American plug. Or forget to charge it

The best thing is that it actually includes homemade breakfast, which is a blessing to get up early. Compared with many breakfasts in the surrounding area, you need to pay an extra 15 pounds. The facilities in the room are indeed quite old, so it doesn't matter if it's just for one or two nights. Overall, it's still cost-effective.

The room is too small, the shower water is very small, and even the lowest temperature is very hot

Good location near Paddington station. As for facilities, there was no air conditioning, but a fan was enough when I stayed in July. The front desk staff was kind enough to tell me about tourist spots, which I was very grateful for because I had just arrived in England and had a strong sense of anxiety. I am very grateful to you.

Breakfast is included, the location is good, and the price is cheap. The facilities are old and the bathroom is small. But in a place like London, where land is at a premium, it's totally OK to improvise for a night or two.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful in assisting me with directions and offering suggestions on a number of occasions during my 3 day stay. Breakfast each morning was superb and dining room staff very courteous and helpful

Very good situation. Especially if you like walking, everything close by. Also tube/train station. Hotel itself very old, ”cramped” but good value for your money.

This is a good basic hotel. The room was comfortable (the bed more comfortable than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in), the heating worked well, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast included was great. The lady who runs the kitchen is just so lovely and the English breakfast they offer is cooked fresh unlike other hotels where it is kept in hot servers. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, close to Paddington station I’d highly recommend this one.

The room was a bit small but had all I needed. The staff were very helpful and I was able to leave my case there to collect later. The hotel was very well located and only a few minutes walk to Paddington station. You could actually see the station roof from the front door. I would stay there again.

This is my favorite place to stay in London. It's a small boutique hotel in a very convenient location. It's quite and very well maintained.

Hotel is located well for Hyde Park, staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not take ApplePay though, just as a heads up.

The room was nice and clean. The service was fine. The breakfast is bad. So we are down the street.
