Providing disposable slippers would be better.Also, providing separate tissues in the room will be great.

A great location for the city centre although the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best! Staff were EXCELLENT, so helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good with all you can eat buffet. Kept me going all day! Would certainly recommend this place, and would happily stay there again.

Trip.com has not confirmed with the hotel when we arrived there. The Hotel reception had to contact trip.com hotline and it made us to wait for a while.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

The location is convenient, near the bus station and next to the shopping mall. We checked in on a weekday and arrived early but were not given an early room. I hope the situation can be improved next time to make things more convenient for us.
