Family-friendly Hotels in Broadbeach

Great all round. The only thing that comes to mind is no hot spa in the pool and in our accessible room, we were unable to close the balcony door once on the balcony (to keep the room cool). Service was average at best which was a real let down.

The building is at a good location and the view from the high floors are great. However, the place is quite worn and, such as carpets, toilets, handles, walls are very scuffed and dirty, etc. not the cleanest place too.

Overall, I had a positive experience, although there were a few minor hiccups along the way. However, I must commend your team for their prompt and efficient resolution of these issues. The trip service desk demonstrated world-class customer service. The representatives patiently and politely listened to my frustrations and concerns, and they were dedicated to finding a satisfactory resolution that would benefit both the hotel and myself. I truly appreciate their efforts in going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This level of service was truly brilliant, and I am more than happy to recommend Trip.com to anyone looking to book their next holiday, whether it be a hotel or a flight. The room is large in size and clean. The kitchen and laundry facilities are fully equipped. It is convenient to eat and buy nearby. There are no facial tissues and poor toiletries. The daily maintenance of the internal facilities is not good. There were false alarms during the day and night during the stay.

It's a very convenient location, close to the beach, with a supermarket and cafe in the same building as the hotel, and it felt like a peaceful area without any noise at night. The facilities in the room are what you would call a normal hotel, but although there was a large space by the window, there was no sofa table. (For some reason, there was a desk both at the entrance and inside the room.) I think it would have been nice to have a table set because the Sofitel room service burger was so delicious that I kept repeating it every day at the request of my child.

Good and nice like a 1 bedroom apartment. Have sofa, kitchen, microwave, oven, refrigerator and rack for drying clothes.
