Great
CCConeyiIt was blocked by a construction building by the sea, sad 💔. You can also see some sea views, the overall convenience, and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. There are three rooms, the whole is relatively quiet, there are 2 households on the first floor, that is, the front desk sister arrives at work, and you have to communicate in advance if you need it.
There is a pool gym sauna, and the back door is closer to the beach.
The Gold Coast is really beautiful ❤️
GGuest UserWe stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the ******. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students.
Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc
Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable
GGuest UserOur experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.
Vvive_la_freedomThis time I stayed in a double room type. Generally speaking, it is a clean hotel. It is also located on the beach. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the beach (as in the picture, it is the beach next to the hotel). It is quite convenient. The only regret is that the counter service hours are very short, from 9 to 16 on weekdays, and only from 9 to 12 on holidays. If you need help opening the door outside the service hours, you need to pay 50 Australian dollars. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it seems that the usage rate is not high. I hardly saw anyone using it for three days after staying there. Maybe they all went to the beach!
GGuest UserGreat stay and great location. I loved the pool area with the nice hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. It was great relaxing on our anniversary. The hotel is a little dated but it was still very nice
MMazzoccoWe enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment.
It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins.
The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.
MMaslenIt’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.
GGuest UserVery handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.
GGuest UserThe actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them.
When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running.
Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly.
BBeijingLilyhuanqiuAs an old customer for this hotel, I was well knowing of the location and comprehensive facilities and it offers good value for money...This stay time was a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to The Star ****** Residents, a luxurious apartment complex across the street on the 23rd floor.
The great view from the balcony of the 23rd floor is absolutely perfect, and there are also public lounges, barbecue areas, swimming pool, Spa, gyms on the 20th floor, all of which are free use... The location downstairs is still outstanding (within walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, bars, clinics, post office, banks, club, supermarkets, and train station). The room space is just right for a family of three (please refer to my picture detail). The staff always well friendly... I will keep this unique experience in mind💕Thank you
