The hotel is wide, there is a terrace, the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting is relatively dim, you can consider adding some lights, especially the kitchen location is convenient for cooking, other facilities are very good!

Guest UserGood view, good service and good cleanliness. The breakfast was good though the menu remained the same over the days. The bathroom was still using hot and cold mixer taps. But otherwise

It was blocked by a construction building by the sea, sad 💔. You can also see some sea views, the overall convenience, and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. There are three rooms, the whole is relatively quiet, there are 2 households on the first floor, that is, the front desk sister arrives at work, and you have to communicate in advance if you need it.
There is a pool gym sauna, and the back door is closer to the beach.
The Gold Coast is really beautiful ❤️

I visited The Star Grand with high expectations, but I left feeling deeply disappointed. From the moment I arrived at reception, I felt an unwelcoming atmosphere that felt like subtle discrimination. As a guest, I expected professional and equal treatment, but the staff’s attitude was far from it.
The room was very basic—no Netflix, average amenities, and nothing 'grand' about it. Breakfast was also very limited. I expected a luxury experience but got something very mediocre instead. I do not recommend this place for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment.
It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins.
The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

Great stay and great location. I loved the pool area with the nice hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. It was great relaxing on our anniversary. The hotel is a little dated but it was still very nice

Guest UserWe had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

Freshly renovated, just needs pictures rehung and towel rails.
Great location, quiet but only short walk to action.
Views from the 16 floor were worth it! We hope to visit again soon

LeashyYhr best location - 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to the highway to access the tram (50 centre fares) and huge Pacific's Fair shopping centre. Don't even really need a car as there is a bus to and from the airport (also 50 cents) that drops you at tram station. Older apartments, but we've stayed before and the price is cheap for what you get. I love the hot spa every night and the pool, also BBQ area and well kept gardens. Set your expectations for the price you lay and you shouldn't be disappointed.
