Just got back from a stay at Rhinefield in the New Forest. We booked a room with a window that looks out onto the forest in the hopes that we would see some deer (which we did.) I personally felt that the room itself was much smaller than it appeared in photographs but the room was fine. A few thins with the room: the thermostat took a while to get sorted- the room becoming more sauna than anything else. Secondly, the type of duvet cover they use, the fabric, is so loud, so whenever someone moves an inch, if you are a light sleeper, you will hear it. The grounds itself are beautiful, the estate being well managed and well taken care of. We ate at the Armada both nights, it was delicious both times. They took my celiac disease and gluten free needs seriously. Our breakfasts were also delicious, as was the gluten free cream tea. The service in regards to food was incredible. Thanks, Jerry! The hotel is a great jumping off point for walks, the park, or little towns in the New Forest. It is also just a good place to get away and relax.

This hotel known as the jewel in the forest is truly beautiful, built on the site of an old hunting lodge for Charles the second it is worth a visit for afternoon tea or champagne, but I think staying the weekend would be heaven. Darren in the lounge bar was perfectly presented kind and polite, service was impeccable and quick and a walk round the beautiful grounds completed a perfect Sunday for me, the garden is like a mini versailles.

What a fantastic venue, excellent food and outstanding service. We had a joint 80th and 85th birthday celebration lunch with private dining in the Keepers Room. It was such a pleasure to work with Annette as she organised all the details of this special day. She really did go the extra mile to make this an unforgettable experience for all. Big thanks as well to the waiting staff led by Deborah - her dedicated and personal service ensured that all aspects of the food, drink and atmosphere were perfect. Everyone was really impressed by the venue, after the lunch we were able to enjoy a stroll through the grounds, the children trying out the maze, before returning for tea and birthday cake. We looked at number of venues in the New Forest and Rhinefield had exactly what we needed for a special day - I wholeheartedly recommend.

We booked a night at the Rhinefield House Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and mentioned that briefly when booking. When we got to our room there was a banner, a balloon and and complimentary drinks. The service was brilliant in all aspects of the hotel, all staff were engaging and excellent and we had a brilliant lunch, dinner and breakfast as well as the room being well appointed and spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may well go back there for next years anniversary.

Took my partner for a surprise birthday treat at Rhinefield House Hotel. We enjoyed one the most delicious afternoon teas I have experienced! Our waiter Oliver was amazing through out with great service. The food and drinks were very tasty. Will defiantly be back! Thank you!

We booked our mums 70th birthday weekend with Rhinefield House & worked with Annette who was a pleasure to work with throughout - the hotel was excellent as was the food, service & staff - highly recommend! The swimming pool, spa facilities & grounds are in excellent order & you cannot fault the location, in the heart of the new Forest, we are looking forward to our next visit / stay
