Holiday cottage located on an open plot adjacent to open space andconservation area. The decor is very spacious with a bright living roomin open plan with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine. The mezzaninehas a small TV for DVD movies, not connected to the antenna. Largebathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest toilet and several terraces.Bedrooms are located on either side of the hall, which makes the houseideal for 2 families who wish to spend the holidays together. Thefurnishings are modern and tasteful. In order to reduce energy costs thehouse has a heat pump. Free admittance to water park.From 15.5. to 31.10. each year there is a swimming pool on the terrace.The water is heated only by the sun and is 1 m long and have diametersof 5 m.On the plot - which is great and reasonably undisturbed - there is aswing, sandpit, playhouse and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance)for the kids.Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilitiesWith a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal forhiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strandwas founded in 2009. The holiday cottages in the area are almost allequipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and amodern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot andaccess to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising drivingin the area.
