The hotel was right in the centre of Rhodes old town. It was a very pretty building. Our room was quite small and an inside room so no natural light. We didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned every day but every other day. So using the same towels on very hot days was a bit grubby. Breakfast was enough nothing fancy.

Amazing!!!! Sooo beautiful and tranquil! The people are so kind who served us! One of the best experience of our holiday in Rhodes. Had a lovely meal with my girlfriend here. Stumbled across it in the day, but came back in the evening. Beautiful setting, quiet and charming in a courtyard. Welcoming and warm staff and good service. It is not too far from the main old town street.

one of the worst experiences I had in rhodes I got to rhodes airport Sunday 4/Aug about 12:30 pm. I tried to call the hotell to ask them about the airport transfer. the one who answered me was the rudest person I've speaked to whole my life. she told me unpolitly and without any respect that there is no one att the hotell now and we can't check in until 18:30. the check in information in thier webside is after 14:00. they take city tax 5 euro per day per person that's ok but the way she said it was horrible " if you don't have cash don't come " I was shocked. the mistake I've done was that I didn't read the negative comments about this place. I hope that this review help someone to not make the same mistake.

I had to create an account on Tripadvisor just to warn others about this place. We chose this restaurant for its seemingly calm atmosphere, as it was empty during peak hour—a clear red flag we ignored. Upon entering, the young waitress immediately asked if we preferred sparkling or still water without inquiring if we wanted water at all, leading us to believe it was complimentary. We were later charged €5 for it. My boyfriend ordered beef filet and a craft beer, but neither were available. He then chose Stifado while I ordered penne alla bolognese. We were extremely disappointed by the tiny portions, with only two small very small pieces of meat in the Stifado. My pasta was overcooked and had hard pieces, giving the impression it had been left out and reheated. We had to stop on the way back to the hotel to buy some more food. When we asked for the bill, the waitress did not give it to us and just told us the amount to be paid that was higher than expected and informed us we could only pay in cash due to a supposed issue with the card machine, which seems to be a recurring problem, based on all the reviews I see in here. This will be up to the tax authorities to check. My boyfriend had to leave and find an ATM, incurring high conversion fees. This was an incredibly awful experience. Businesses like this should be shut down. Please save yourself from an awful evening that will ruin your mood and avoid this place.

I would give this hotel 3/5 . It is in a great location in the old town. We had a nice friendly welcome and shown to our room which was a downstairs inside room with no natural light. The bathroom was very small with the shower open to the toilet so it flooded the bathroom when used. We didn’t like that they only serviced the room every second day! We used the smaller towels to mop the flooded floor. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

No receipt given so prices were made up for food but did not match to menu price. Younger female waiter was very aggressive and rude turned down a number of people saying they were reserved even though the place was empty but we did not book and no toilet roll in the toilet and very bland food. Overall very nice area but the staff and food was a let down wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT EAT HERE MY WIFE WAS REDUCED TO TEARS BY THE AGRESSIVE STAFF DREADFULL FOOD!! . We were served (eventually) starters which had been dropped onto a plate straight from a tin AWFUL MUCK. We realised this was a terrible place to eat and immediately asked for the bill for the drinks we had and generously for the starters we had only tasted, but not the main meals which had not as yet been brought to us. The formally friendly waitress transformed into a very aggressive and threatening alter ego! We were told our opinion of the starters was of no interest to her and we would not be allowed to leave the restaurant until we had paid for all the food we had ordered if we did not pay for everything the police would be called. Eventually a more senior member of staff arrived , my wife was in tears by this time due to the level of aggression and threats who agreed we could leave if we paid for the starters and drinks , which we did . Had my wife been less upset and in tears I would have waited for the police to arrive !!
