This hotel has a reasonable price for the room that big, but the location is certainly not the most preferable. The quality of the room is the bare minimum, the lamp on the table won't work, no water boiler, no fridge and the toilet is full of stains.
We added on the breakfast for the last day, the food choices were quite limited and dull.

The hotel service is enthusiastic, the health is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel location is superior, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk is also very enthusiastic, the price of the room is also very affordable, cost-effective. Super praise!

Don’t even think about it.The location is not good for families or couples I would say it’s for a group of guy friends so they can feel safe.Rooms where dirty also the smell was unbearable like someone puked plus blood stains in the parking lot was a big NO from the first 5 minutes we checked in so we had to leave and book another hotel.The guy from the reception was nice and helpful though.

Great Hotel!! Very well located and super close to Brussels Nord. If you need to catch a train, this is the place to sleep.

Amazing hotel and wonderful garden. All very well. Just a very bad encounter with the front desk receptionist Gomez. The lock in my room was not working and I checked with the front desk on this. Mr Gomez reply was 'do you not feel safe'?
For a paying customer safety is of the utmost importance and this was not taken seriously at all. He then just went on to serve another guest without acknowledgment to our conversation. I called the front desk to ask them to come and have a look. The phone was answered by Mr Gomez, who said he would be there right away, but did not show up at all.
This is pathetic and unacceptable behaviour towards a guest who is concerned about their safety in a renowned hotel like yours. I trust this will be looked into with some level of seriousness

Good stay. Good location. Could improve room cleanliness and heater.
Products or furniture used in room is not up to the mark. Veg options for breakfast could be improved.
