This hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a high standard with nothing to fault. Staff were helpful. Our only let down would be location is out of city centre a good 45 minute walk, or rely on Uber and the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming and lacked choice and variety. Coffee not served at breakfast is an extra charge which I’ve never found elsewhere during travels especially when there is no drink making facilities in the room. Beautiful hotel, location more suited for business not a city break and things like breakfast and drink making aren’t great. On a positive note the neighbours dog who visits the front door is lovely and friendly.

I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Hotels in Europe but this one is my favourite 100%. Very clean, modern and the breakfast is just amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The location is also very good, close to a few tourist attractions and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants. Pe data viitoare!

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

We have family members that are Ukrainian Refugees that fled to safety in Bucharest. The General Manager of the Moxy Roxana-Maria Vişan was extremely empathetic and understanding to our situation. Lorena Dinescu Crew leader was equally amazing responding to all of our questions and providing incredible support for us. They provided the most special touching personalized service and hospitality to our family for 19 days. Thankfully we were able to find a permanent residence for them with friends in Breda, Netherlands. According to our family members the property has an amazing vibe, great rooms, ideal location to old town, and most importantly a friendly caring staff of employees. Hotel location is wonderful - middle of the old city. Rooms are spacious enough but some of them are located over a street with a night club and are very noisy all night (especially lower floors) - this has to be mentioned at check in to relevant customers. Staff is very friendly and helpful - especially at reception. Rooms cleaning needs some improvement as some negligence showed and called for our intervention. Breakfast is great, large choice and comfortable dining room including outdoor seating Fitness center is quite small and at basement - could have been located on an upper floor facing the old city - would be wonderful

Very nice hotel well located and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The service is good, maybe a little cold, it's certainly the only thing missing to make it an even better establishment.

It's located in the old town and the church can be seen from the room, so it's a wonderful environment. You can walk to the tourist sites and there are many restaurants. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. It's also very convenient as it's close to the subway and the bus stop to the airport.

It was a huge disappointment to come back here after almost 9 years. I wrote a very good review for this hotel years ago and now I am obliged to update it. Unfortunately. Room was the same, but 10 years older. Bathroom with bathtub drain clogged. With towels and robe only for one ( we where couple). The restaurant was closed even if should be open for lunch, at the bar in the lobby we waited 15 minutes, but nobody came to serve even it was open. Breakfast: fruits from days ago (sour already), croissants also from the other days ( looks more like biscuits), caffe machines working bad, and low level of support from employed personnel. General attitude of personnel was low. Room service only with chips and sandwiches. Should be more but I stop here. Like I said, big disappointment.

The hotel is very good, it does not deserve 5* given its state of conservation. The restaurant “La Cucina” is very good and the food is very good. The JW Steak House is a steal, €80 to eat a sirloin with potatoes and salad. …
