Very nice hotel well located and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The service is good, maybe a little cold, it's certainly the only thing missing to make it an even better establishment.

It's located in the old town and the church can be seen from the room, so it's a wonderful environment. You can walk to the tourist sites and there are many restaurants. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. It's also very convenient as it's close to the subway and the bus stop to the airport.

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

Hotel location is wonderful - middle of the old city. Rooms are spacious enough but some of them are located over a street with a night club and are very noisy all night (especially lower floors) - this has to be mentioned at check in to relevant customers. Staff is very friendly and helpful - especially at reception. Rooms cleaning needs some improvement as some negligence showed and called for our intervention. Breakfast is great, large choice and comfortable dining room including outdoor seating Fitness center is quite small and at basement - could have been located on an upper floor facing the old city - would be wonderful

We have family members that are Ukrainian Refugees that fled to safety in Bucharest. The General Manager of the Moxy Roxana-Maria Vişan was extremely empathetic and understanding to our situation. Lorena Dinescu Crew leader was equally amazing responding to all of our questions and providing incredible support for us. They provided the most special touching personalized service and hospitality to our family for 19 days. Thankfully we were able to find a permanent residence for them with friends in Breda, Netherlands. According to our family members the property has an amazing vibe, great rooms, ideal location to old town, and most importantly a friendly caring staff of employees. This hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a high standard with nothing to fault. Staff were helpful. Our only let down would be location is out of city centre a good 45 minute walk, or rely on Uber and the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming and lacked choice and variety. Coffee not served at breakfast is an extra charge which I’ve never found elsewhere during travels especially when there is no drink making facilities in the room. Beautiful hotel, location more suited for business not a city break and things like breakfast and drink making aren’t great. On a positive note the neighbours dog who visits the front door is lovely and friendly.

We stayed here with a group of people, we were all part of an organised tour. The room was clean & the breakfast good. However the hotel appeared to need finishing, a large open hole in the ceiling of the bedroom & also the electricity suddenly disappeared (although it did return fairly promptly for us.) However on the evening of our second stay they were obviously hosting a private event in the only bar area on the twelfth floor. We were refused entry & when we returned to reception on the ground floor, Improvement we were told to go out or request room service. At almost the same time a group of Romanian guests were offered drinks, naturally we objected to this & as a good will gesture they reluctantly offered us drinks. We were then asked to pay for them to which we all refused & after several phone calls they finally accepted this. My husband & I had a pre booked transfer to travel to the airport the following day. When my husband approached reception he was told he would have to pay them 370 leu & there was no such thing booked!! Our driver arrived on time & assured us it was booked & pre-paid & duly drove us to the airport. This is not an acceptable service for a 4star hotel, possibly there may be a language barrier/ misunderstanding or it could be lack of training & knowledge or even dishonesty. I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Hotels in Europe but this one is my favourite 100%. Very clean, modern and the breakfast is just amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The location is also very good, close to a few tourist attractions and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants. Pe data viitoare!
