Air conditioner no function, hotel just gave us a fan but not room change. We can’t sleep well whole night due to hot weather.

Everything was good! Just opposite the main train station!

The location is excellent, just opposite the Keleti Train Station. The room is clean. Front Desk staff is very helpful.

Great location, which is next to the metro. Great breakfast with good quality and quantity and the environment. However, there was no facility. Yet, still a good bargain for stay.

Great hotel location, we asked for the attic room and got the request. The heating is on constantly in the room and you cannot turn it off, way too hot in the room. Friendly concierge team and nice breakfast buffet with fresh pastries.

The location is just perfect, the hotel is very cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, different kinds of rolls, eggs cold meats, fruits, yogurt and cereals. Variety of coffee and tea flavors. It helps to start your day and discover Budapest. The room was clean and looked fresh every day, really nice view of the central rail station and Puskás stadium. The metro station is just steps away as well as the tram and bus stops. Arena mall just 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride away. Next to the hotel you will find a conventional store, Starbucks, and Pizza Me (recommended 100%) a bar and just around the corner international fastfood restaurants. If you are planning to visit other cities/countries by train, this hotel is a perfect base location. I really recommend this property for any kind of traveller and I would stay here again if in Budapest

I arrived at Keleti Station late at night and made a reservation. First of all, it is convenient because it is right in front of the station, and the interior is relatively clean. However, the building itself is old, so you have to open and close the door with a key, and it is not a typical hotel that we think of, but it feels like it is operated only in a part of the building, so the reception is on the 5th floor. You can eat breakfast in the restaurant without having to request breakfast separately like a guesthouse. It is not very soundproof, but it is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is on the 5th floor. You have to enter the door code to enter. There is an elevator. The room is very clean. The staff is good. The WiFi signal works without any problems. Breakfast starts at 7 am. The taste is delicious. It is convenient to travel by metro. There are supermarkets around the hotel where you can choose and buy things.
