Good hotel, good location

The hotel is more like a 3* than a 4*. Located near the John Paul II station. The hotel has large rooms with basic equipment, but there is no kettle with coffee or tea, daily cleaning did not include adding new washing gels, etc. Rooms facing the street may be inconvenient for some because trams pass under the hotel. The price of the stay includes breakfast - buffet: hot and cold drinks, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, cold cuts, fruit and sweet cakes. In the pre-Christmas period, the hotel had an attractive price.

The location is convenient, the airport bus can get off nearby, and it's close to the central train station. Breakfast has many varieties and is delicious. But there is no hot water provided, so you need to bring your own travel hot water pot.

The guy at the front desk had a very good service attitude and helped us change the double bed room into a twin room. The breakfast was very delicious and disposable slippers were not provided.

Very noisy facilities. You hear all the movements from the next rooms . The cleaners start very early at 6am so they bang the trolleys on the walls every morning . The breakfast is precarious. The only strong point nearby is the metro that you have trams and the vending machine for drinks and coffee open 24h. It's not actually a 4 star hotel !!!

It was convenient and close to the subway station. The room was clean and it was nice to be able to see the outside from the skylight. (There was also a curtain-like thing properly) There are only solid soaps, tube soaps that can be used for everything on the body, hair dryers, and towels. Personally, it was inconvenient not to have a tissue, so I think it would be good to bring one. Also, there were no bathrobes, so it might be better to bring clothes and pajamas for relaxing in the room. One mysterious point was that the hanger was fixed and difficult to use. But other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean, so it was good at this hotel.
