Villa Pedja Zec ★★★
"Excellent apartment, spacious, comfortable, and a very comfy bed. They clean every day, just like a hotel, and change towels twice a day. The location is superb; there's a supermarket right across, and a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurants nearby. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk to the sea. And of course, the super host, Seka, is always ready to help. I recommend it 100%!"
Hotel Eden ★★★★
"The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!"
Sofija Apartments ★★★
"Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!"
Mediterranean Guest House Balkan ★★★
"The pictures and reality don't match, I got a room where there was no Wi-Fi, but the good thing is that they cleaned every day and changed the towels!"
Apartmani Terminal ★★★
"A good hotel: the rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need (even a small stovetop for cooking). Contactless check-in, and we were able to check in even late in the evening. Overall, we recommend it!"
Kondo Hotel Allure ★★★★
"Truly great location, excellent cleanliness, new room, friendly staff service."
Fontana Hotel & Gastronomy ★★★★
"The bathroom was a bit small. I was happy to see a sliding door for the shower, but to my surprise, water still leaked from the sides and flowed around the trash can and the base of the toilet. The amount of leakage was no less than what you'd get with a single glass panel. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a good selection of tea bags. The highlight is definitely the balcony with its ocean view, which is really nice. The hotel restaurant offers good food, a comfortable dining environment, and the staff are very polite."
Hotel Moskva ★★★★
"Excellent hotel with a great location, welcoming staff, and convenient, free parking! Delicious and varied breakfasts! Stayed here for 3 nights! Loved it."
Rooftop Apartments & Rooms ★★★
"The only positives we can mention are the underground parking and the view from the room, and that's about it. It's hard to find, and the management is never there. The "apartments" are completely bare, not even a kettle: the coffee machine doesn't work, there are no utensils for cooking, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the TV doesn't work. The rooms aren't cleaned, and the bathroom stinks. It's okay for a one-night stand, but not for a longer stay. We don't recommend this place."

Hotel Majestic
"Hotel Majestic in Budva is love at first sight! It is incredibly beautiful, boutique, and super cozy. The location is an absolute 10 out of 10: the Old Town, the promenade, and the beaches are literally just a few steps away. The rooms are in perfect condition, and the breakfasts are good, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly, and the service is flawless. If you value aesthetics, comfort, and a soulful atmosphere in Budva, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend to everyone!"
Hotel Astoria
"Check in is OK"
AMD Premium rooms
"The apartment is very congested, not so well planned with its amenities. The bath towels given were the size of a face towel, which was quite inconvenient. The host is nice and helpful. Located close to the bus station but far away from old town."
Condo Studio Plaza
"I really liked the apartment and the host. Check-in was contactless; instructions were sent immediately after booking. The location is excellent, close to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, with high ceilings and a large balcony that has a clothes drying rack and a table with chairs. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was fully booked."
Sea Star Budva
"Overall quite reasonable for the price, the service was good but maybe not 5 star, the view is great."
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"We recently had a group of 70 guests staying at Dukley Gardens in Budva, and I can honestly say that everything was phenomenal from beginning to end. The location is absolutely amazing — beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, and a perfect setting for both relaxation and group travel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and ideal even for larger groups. What really made the difference was the staff and the level of service. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great attention to detail, which is extremely important when managing a group of this size. A very special thank you and recognition to Milica and her team. They were outstanding throughout the entire process — professional, responsive, organized, and always ready to help. Their support made the experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend Dukley Gardens and look forward to coming back again with future groups."
Iberostar Waves Slavija
"Food and accommodation are good"
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"A wonderful boutique hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea and the entire city! Breakfast was a buffet; it wasn't large, as there weren't many guests and the hotel wasn't very large, but there was plenty to choose from, and it was delicious! There's also a separate restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool and bar are also very beautiful, offering views of all of Budva. The location is also excellent, with shops nearby, a 15-minute walk to the center, and a 5-minute walk to the sea."
Casa Mia
"Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks."
Villa Skyprime
"The room was incredibly dirty. It felt like they only changed the sheets after the previous guests. The floors were filthy, and so was the toilet. The cleaner only planned to change the towels and leave; we had to specifically ask her to wash the floors. That was the only time the floors were cleaned during our 5-day stay. The pool is nice, small but has a great vibe, with amazing rooftop views and sun loungers. It wasn't too crowded, so sunbeds were almost always available. The location is convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it's not far from the sea."
Hotel Pima Budva
"Located between the station and the old town, the room is not big but very clean. There is a supermarket opposite, so you can buy whatever you need by crossing a small road. It is very convenient. There is a bakery at the intersection where you turn from the main road to the hotel. It is cheap and delicious. A little bit beyond the beach, there are many restaurants to eat, all within walking distance. It happened to rain when I went out, so I borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. The overall variety and taste of breakfast are OK. After all, Western breakfast is not as rich as domestic hotels."
Hotel Admiral
"Admiral is a chain hotel, and we had a wonderful time staying there. The four-star breakfast was excellent and highly recommended. The rooms were clean and quiet, there was an elevator, and dining outdoors was a particularly pleasant experience."
Splendid Conference & Spa Resort
"We had a really lovely stay at this property. The setting is beautiful, with its own direct access to the beach, which made it incredibly relaxing and convenient. The facilities are fantastic as well—there are three pools to choose from and several saunas, including our personal favorite, the stone sauna, which was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to the staff for going the extra mile: they kindly provided a birthday cake and champagne for my fiancé as requested. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more memorable, and we truly appreciated it. On the downside, we were a bit surprised that there was no complimentary coffee in the room. The Lavazza coffee pods are priced at €2 each, which feels unusual for a hotel of this standard—especially when even many Airbnbs provide coffee free of charge. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a small area for improvement."
Barbeta Accommodation
"There aren't a single hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels and robes. The flush button above the toilet isn't properly secured. There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."
Hotel Aleksandar
"The hotel is locally rated as 4 stars but UK travel companies rate it as 3 star which is in my opinion correct. The rooms were ‘surface’ clean ( but areas could do with a deep clean) and in our weeks stay the rooms were cleaned very day, bar one. Towels are changed every day ( unnecessary) and we asked for shower gel at reception ( ours were empty after one day ) and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The staff were mostly pleasant and a special shout out to Lucas who was always friendly in the AI bar and dining room. The pool areas are lovely, were clean and there was always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. There are no pool towels available. What let this hotel down was the AI. Whilst there was plenty of choice, it was very repetitive, generally warm and overcooked. The desserts were the same cakes and fresh fruit every lunch and dinner. In the week they served ice cream only twice at lunchtime ( never at dinner) and it was served by someone in very small portions. The drinks are only available in one bar so you have to ask for plastic glasses if you want a drink in your room or by the pool. The wine ( not chilled) and lager are draft along with the ready mixed cocktails. There’s a fridge with local spirits in where you help yourself and add your mixers. If you don’t smoke you will struggle to find anywhere to sit where you aren’t surrounded by smokers."
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residences
"Breakfast staff is good but be careful with taxis. I forgot my phone and they hung up after 3 minutes. We found a taxi driver and he said other passengers got on and they took it."
