Villa Pedja Zec ★★★
"The hotel hostess was very nice and lovely. The room was always clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay there."
Luminoso Boutique Hotel
"Excellent hotel! The rooms are very cozy and bright. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a lovely congratulatory note. They were very quick to respond to all our requests, even providing an iron and ironing board. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly looks new. Breakfasts are good; at first, they might seem small, but you can always find something to eat. I particularly loved the croissants! As for the downsides, the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed slope, so there was always a lot of water left on the floor after showering, but they always cleaned it up."
Hotel Madeira
Hotel Aleksandar ★★★★
"My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food in the restaurant offered something for everyone. We really liked the animators, Matija and Isidora. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another family vacation."
Rooftop Apartments & Rooms ★★★
"The only positives we can mention are the underground parking and the view from the room, and that's about it. It's hard to find, and the management is never there. The "apartments" are completely bare, not even a kettle: the coffee machine doesn't work, there are no utensils for cooking, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the TV doesn't work. The rooms aren't cleaned, and the bathroom stinks. It's okay for a one-night stand, but not for a longer stay. We don't recommend this place."
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residences ★★★★★
"Super nice central hotel! Very good service and it’s a must the little beach were they bring you with a little boat every day (30 minutes to wait). Good service and nice food."
Hotel Kadmo by Aycon ★★★★

Avala Resort & Villas ★★★★

Apartments Elena
"We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home."
Condo Studio Plaza
"An excellent option for a holiday in Budva, convenient location."
Hotel Butua Residence
"Great value for money. A modest hotel in a convenient location, next to a larger hotel. My friends asked to change rooms because of the sewer smell in the room – they only changed them for 25 euros. Parking is available at the hotel for 20 euros per day. The mattress is OK, the plumbing is OK. It's close to the old town."
Hotel Astoria
"This hotel is terrible. They charge a high price, but the facilities kept breaking down while we were staying here. First, the power was tripped, and then the air conditioner broke down. On the last night, the air conditioner broke down all night, and it was hard to sleep all night. The next day, we negotiated with them, but the supervisor made up all kinds of excuses and avoided us."
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"We recently had a group of 70 guests staying at Dukley Gardens in Budva, and I can honestly say that everything was phenomenal from beginning to end. The location is absolutely amazing — beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, and a perfect setting for both relaxation and group travel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and ideal even for larger groups. What really made the difference was the staff and the level of service. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great attention to detail, which is extremely important when managing a group of this size. A very special thank you and recognition to Milica and her team. They were outstanding throughout the entire process — professional, responsive, organized, and always ready to help. Their support made the experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend Dukley Gardens and look forward to coming back again with future groups."
Iberostar Waves Slavija
"Very very good, free parking, good location, good front desk attitude, good room, a large balcony, and a supermarket next to it"
Splendid Conference & Spa Resort
"We had a really lovely stay at this property. The setting is beautiful, with its own direct access to the beach, which made it incredibly relaxing and convenient. The facilities are fantastic as well—there are three pools to choose from and several saunas, including our personal favorite, the stone sauna, which was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to the staff for going the extra mile: they kindly provided a birthday cake and champagne for my fiancé as requested. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more memorable, and we truly appreciated it. On the downside, we were a bit surprised that there was no complimentary coffee in the room. The Lavazza coffee pods are priced at €2 each, which feels unusual for a hotel of this standard—especially when even many Airbnbs provide coffee free of charge. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a small area for improvement."
Villa Skyprime
"Terrible hotel, we booked to stay 3 nights and on the first night was rudely woken by the manager and kicked out “for being loud at 3am” when we was all in bed and sleeping at 11pm! Manager randomly picked our room and blamed us for noise complaints that had nothing to do with us, we argued our case that it wasn’t us but the manager was very disrespectful, impolite and aggressive! We was offered 50% of our money back but only given around 20% in cash yet we only stayed for 1 night! This was outrageous, unprofessional and a horrible way to treat guests! The hotel itself wasn’t the best either it is in a horrible location you have to go through lanes to get there and taxis can’t even reach it, there was no food or bar available at all and not even the vending machines worked, your suitcases would be left unsafe and just stacked in the main hall way by reception for anyone to have access too. Overall do not use this place the hotel is rubbish, the staff were ok but the manager was a disgrace and should be disappointed and ashamed of himself! YOU SHOULD AVOID"
Hotel Moskva
"Excellent hotel with a great location, welcoming staff, and convenient, free parking! Delicious and varied breakfasts! Stayed here for 3 nights! Loved it."
Hotel Pima Budva
"Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass. It was so big, it was really not easy. He also recommended a restaurant in the old town of Budva, the fish was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and quite rich."
Hotel Bracera
"The reception was so friendly that they changed the old lightbulb in my room three times, and even though parking was originally paid, they showed me a free parking spot. Breakfast was also good."
Kondo Hotel Allure
"Everything is perfect. Great location. Room is very clean. Excellent staffs."
Barbeta Accommodation
"There aren't a single hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels and robes. The flush button above the toilet isn't properly secured. There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."
Hotel Plaza
"Location in the centre of Budva , three minute walk to the beach , all restaurants and everything around it , hotel very clean , staff very friendly , breakfast excellent . for sure I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends and family ."
Mediteran Wellness & Spa, Congress Center
"It's a pretty good hotel for a beach holiday. Judging by the photos, there are newly renovated rooms—they look beautiful in the photos—and then there are standard rooms (we booked and stayed in a standard room, which is a fairly basic room without major renovations). We had breakfast and dinner—very tasty and filling, with a wide selection and variety of dishes. However, dinner only includes water, with other drinks (even soft drinks) available for an extra charge. Such petty savings are surprising. The water park was closed during our stay. The pools appear to be unheated, but they're invigorating. There are very few sun loungers by the pool (especially those in the shade), and they're often constantly full. The beach is a short walk away. The hotel has its own sun loungers and umbrellas, free for guests. Beach towels are also available, but a deposit is required at reception. There's a bus stop near the hotel, so you can take a bus to Sveti Stefan or Budva. Overall, for a very reasonable price, this is a very good hotel option for a holiday (especially if you value food, which is not a budget option in Montenegro's restaurants)."
