Villa Pedja Zec ★★★
"The hotel hostess was very nice and lovely. The room was always clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay there."
Luminoso Boutique Hotel
"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was perfect: clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a great location. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would happily come back again"
Hotel Madeira
Hotel Aleksandar ★★★★
"The hotel is well located within walking distance of the Old Town. There are many restaurants and bars along the way on the promenade. The other side is a street with some food stalls, lots of ice cream and shops. Note that if you need a toilet break along the way you will need to pay 1euro. Check in at reception was quick and someone helped take bags to the room. Reception were generally ok with Kazenegra (I think that is how to spell it) being the most helpful. However, sometimes you had to ask staff numerous time to get help. If something goes wrong in the room and you need the maintenance team, don’t expect a speedy response, if at all. They were a big let down to the hotel and annoying beyond belief by their lack of effort to actually fix the problems. I am sure the one chap was saying that I needed to go and buy some batteries from the market to fix the issue with the safe. I think not! The rooms were modern, beds were comfy with a good adjacent wash room, toilet and shower. There is a fridge in the room and modern TV. Not all rooms have balconies. The rooms were not regularly cleaned, only every few days. Towels were changed and would be on request too. The bed linen was not changed in the 10 days of the stay. However, the cleaners were friendly and helpful if you needed anything. The restaurant was usually busy, so best to get there early or late. If late the food could be cold and most of it gone. The restaurant staff were very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately all the meals on every day consisted of the same dishes, with no variety. Also, it is predominantly meat or fish. So, if you are a vegetarian you may well starve :-) - vegans definitely will. Some themed nights would be good. The show cooking is little more then watching them cook the same dishes. When asked for a custom made omelette I was pointed to pre-prepared ones (a flat egg), so this could be better. Half-board was reasonable but considering the limitations of the food, all inclusive seemed to be over-priced and would be disappointing. There are juices and coffee available for breakfast, but only water for dinner. So you either have to buy drinks or they will be in the AI package. Drinks have to come from a different bar too, but it appears to be waiter service. There are a few pools in the hotel. A smaller one (I think mainly for the AI guests) is near reception and gets busy. The two other ones are nearer the beach. These were relatively quiet and never any problems getting sun bed (less than a quarter being used). There is a bar there too, the bar man was very friendly and helpful. Prices in the hotel are quite high though. The hotel has a beach area but you have to pay 10 euros for two sunbeds per day. The gym is also extra (5 euros per person per day). There are a few shops in the complex. They also seem quite pricey as there are a few supermarkets just outside the hotel along the main road. They were reasonable with IDEA being the best value for money. The"
Rooftop Apartments & Rooms ★★★
"The room was average. The hotel is on the 6th floor of an apartment building with no sign, making it difficult to find. The housekeeper was often nowhere to be seen, and no one came to clean the room even after two days of staying. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom, and we had to put the trash in our own bags. The water was also not good, with a very high level of limescale. When boiled, a layer of white floating material appeared, making it unpalatable. Overall, it was a very bad experience."
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residences ★★★★★
"Breakfast staff is good but be careful with taxis. I forgot my phone and they hung up after 3 minutes. We found a taxi driver and he said other passengers got on and they took it."
Hotel Kadmo by Aycon ★★★★
"Not worthy of 4 stars. Pros. Lovely big bedroom. Quiet. Slept well all week. Modern hotel. Very clean and staff were lovely. Cons. Poor location in residential street. Food was bland, boring, repetitive, and deceiving images on Instagram "
Avala Resort & Villas ★★★★
"The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. A beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. I like her. I forgot her name."
Hotel WOW ★★★★
"the maintenance in the hotel is poor!!! shower head sprays all over room next door had same issue OK breakfast The olny good thing is the parking, but costs additional 20e,"

"Loved everything! It was super clean and fresh, and the location was excellent – close to the sea, a bank, the old town, and the bus station! The bus station is a real gem for active travelers! Plus, there's a large terrace with mountain views! 10 out of 10!"
Condo Studio Plaza
"An excellent option for a holiday in Budva, convenient location."
Hotel Butua Residence
"Very nice hotel in the heart of Budva, two steps from the Old Town. Not the first time we stay and I think not the last. I recommend"
Hotel Astoria
"I can only say it's neither good nor bad."
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"Wonderful resort with private beaches and good location. Very greeny and beautiful territory, I felt absolutely relaxed during my short staying. Amazing villas especially with jacuzzi and majestic sea view! Tasty and varied cuisine. I recommend this resort with great pleasure!"
Iberostar Waves Slavija
"The environment is very good. When you enter the hotel, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and introduced to the hotel facilities and floor services. Good review!"
Splendid Conference & Spa Resort
"the water in the spa pool should have been warmer there are to many lights buttons in the room it is very difficult to understand how to controll them"
Villa Skyprime
"Terrible hotel, we booked to stay 3 nights and on the first night was rudely woken by the manager and kicked out “for being loud at 3am” when we was all in bed and sleeping at 11pm! Manager randomly picked our room and blamed us for noise complaints that had nothing to do with us, we argued our case that it wasn’t us but the manager was very disrespectful, impolite and aggressive! We was offered 50% of our money back but only given around 20% in cash yet we only stayed for 1 night! This was outrageous, unprofessional and a horrible way to treat guests! The hotel itself wasn’t the best either it is in a horrible location you have to go through lanes to get there and taxis can’t even reach it, there was no food or bar available at all and not even the vending machines worked, your suitcases would be left unsafe and just stacked in the main hall way by reception for anyone to have access too. Overall do not use this place the hotel is rubbish, the staff were ok but the manager was a disgrace and should be disappointed and ashamed of himself! YOU SHOULD AVOID"
Hotel Moskva
"Excellent hotel with a great location, welcoming staff, and convenient, free parking! Delicious and varied breakfasts! Stayed here for 3 nights! Loved it."
Hotel Pima Budva
"Located between the station and the old town, the room is not big but very clean. There is a supermarket opposite, so you can buy whatever you need by crossing a small road. It is very convenient. There is a bakery at the intersection where you turn from the main road to the hotel. It is cheap and delicious. A little bit beyond the beach, there are many restaurants to eat, all within walking distance. It happened to rain when I went out, so I borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. The overall variety and taste of breakfast are OK. After all, Western breakfast is not as rich as domestic hotels."
Hotel Bracera
"Clean and sanitary. There is an underground parking lot. The surrounding environment is under construction. It is a little far from the old town, about a 20-minute walk."
Kondo Hotel Allure
"Spacious, modernly equipped apartment within walking distance from the beach and the old city."
Barbeta Accommodation
"There aren't a single hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels and robes. The flush button above the toilet isn't properly secured. There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."
Hotel Plaza
"The room is large, with indoor floors, very clean, with a terrace, and convenient transportation"
Mediteran Wellness & Spa, Congress Center
"My impressions of the hotel are mixed. On the one hand, it's new, located near the sea, and has an indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas, and a spa complex. Access to the pools and saunas is free for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent (we booked half board). On the downside: the room cleaning leaves much to be desired (they don't sweep the floors, and sometimes don't empty the trash bins). During our 8-day stay, the linens weren't changed even once. When we checked in, the refrigerator and safe weren't working; however, they replaced the refrigerator and fixed the safe after we contacted them. The hotel was completely full, with only one open, and it was constantly occupied. During dinner, the restaurant was so crowded that it was difficult (sometimes practically impossible) to find a free table. The dinner hours, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, are too short for the number of people visiting the restaurant."
