Hotel WOW
"I recently stayed at a hotel in Budva, and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!"
Hotel Perseus Budva
"Great locatiin near old town, room was ok, clean and good size, bathroom was also clean and ok. Only one aspect: shower head was broken..breakfast was fine. Parking was on a garage..rather small can accommodate only few cars /7 euro/day (off season) ."
Hotel 219 Budva
"The location is in the opposite direction of the ancient city, at the end of the city. The city is not big, and it is close to the beach and the park. There is a fried shrimp shop downstairs that is not bad. Breakfast is by portion."
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"Surviving in this hotel I consider a miracle. Firstly, it reeks of piss in the bathroom and the stench is omnipresent. Secondly, the walls itself are dirty with some black and sometimes yellow stains. Thirdly, the table was dirty as well with some old and long dried up stains from spilled drinks. Fourthly, the walls are so thin you can hear a mouse scratching in the corridor as if it’s sleeping in your bed. And lastly, the food is so deadly as if you are Roman Emperor Claudius being poisoned by Agrippina. Oh and one more thing, someone apparently puked on a couch so it stinks 👍 Btw, they refused to refund or help in any other way."
Avala Resort & Villas
"All was great!"
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"such an amazing resort. Best beach in Budva and its private! Amazing chefs on site and its such a great price for a Four Seasons style resort."
Hotel Moskva
"We were put in this hotel for two nights by EasyJet after our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. When we arrived staff were friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to be allocated a suite which was huge and very clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really nice with great staff and food. Easy walking distance to the old town and beach. We would recommend this hotel.Mark and Jeanette"
Hotel Butua Residence
"We came tired after a long day and from the first moment the lady at reception was really not nice. The room we got was horrible no real window, the ceiling is very low and going down in a slope, it an attic look like a storage. I honestly felt like in a small prison. Not even close to the pictures. After long time waiting and talking, we asked if we can get another room, Finally they agreed to give other room for 50 euro extra, which we paid just because we had no choice! In the morning they rushed us to get out of the room very early, with no respect. Felt like they just want us to leave already. Later I checked reviews on Google and I saw I’m not the only one. There are more people that write same kind of stories bad treatment and weird situations. Only good thing was the location, but the energy and the attitude were just bad. Wouldn’t go back."
Rooftop Apartments & Rooms
"Small room but very clean. Sea view and balcony. Everything was very clean. Check-in was easy. Free garage parking included. Across the street, there's a bakery for breakfast and a supermarket right next door. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away."

Crowne Plaza BUDVA by IHG
"Excellent hotel! Specially liked, modern clean rooms, high service, and location. There is a parking."
Marinero Apartments
"MARİA ÇOK TEŞEKKÜRLER"
Central Hotel & Restaurant
"The shower is uncomfortable (the curtain is a bit tight). There's mold in the bathroom. But the real plus is the politeness of the staff! If I understood correctly, it was the staff, not the owner (if I'm not mistaken, I spoke with the owner and was left with a negative impression)."
Condo Studio Plaza
"Good place"
Orange Lux Apartments
"Great location, close to the beach, shopping center, bus stop, and Old Town. The apartment has everything you need for your stay – the dishwasher and washing machine were a lifesaver, and there's plenty of kitchenware. Contactless check-in was excellent! The only downsides were the dirty floor, with some trash left in the corners and under the table from previous guests. Another negative was the terrible synthetic bedding on the double bed; although clean, it felt unpleasant against the skin."
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residences
"Excellent. Great service."
Splendid Conference & Spa Resort
"Thank you so much for the wondeful stay! I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back again 🙏🏼💞"
Boutique Hotel Vissi d'Arte
"We recently stayed at the hotel and I cant tell you how pleased we were with our stay. This truly is a boutique-type hotel. The staff and service were exceptional - equal to many 5 star hotels. The personalized attention we received was fantastic. The front desk staff accomodated every request: restaurant and tour reservations, guides, laundry, food service, etc. The location is steps from Budva Old Town, docks, restaurants and shopping. Note: This is a botique hotel. There are only 10 guest rooms in the hotel. The experience is truly catered around personalized service. Oh also, the use exclusively Hastens beds (about $10K) in every room so you will sleep well. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Teodora and Dennis:)"
Iberostar Waves Slavija
"Was nice"
Sea Star Budva
"Our view this is 4.5 star hotel recently opened and just needs to tweak things to make it a 5 star hotel. The hotel is in an excellent beachfront location in Becici which is a lovely resort. The staff are friendly and very helpful particularly the reception staff who arranged us taxis and a transfer to Tivat through Elite Transfers and the driver Savo was brilliant, he spoke excellent English and was very informative and his car was immaculate and the price very reasonable. We were given a free upgrade to a delux apartment on the 8th floor with a fantastic sea view. This was a wonderful room and very much appreciated. The room had everything you could want and was very clean and it looked like we were the first to use it. Where we think the hotel needs to improve:- 1. The breakfast choice is very good but it could do with an egg station where fresh omelettes and poached eggs are made rather than have prepared omelettes in food warmers which didn’t really keep them warm and they looked unappealing. Most 5 star hotels have these or a menu offering them. 2. They need better coffee machines as all the coffees were far too sweet due to the milk the machine uses and you have to pay to get one made. 3. The pool is tiny and virtually nowhere to sit around it so the beach is used by everyone and sunbeds and towels are provided. The sunbed guys work hard and are very friendly. However, you have to walk across the road and across the sand which is hot and awkward to walk on so they need to put some wooden boards/walkways down to the sunbeds. The sunbeds could do with being better quality and have cushions on them. The hotel should also provide a drinks service to the beach again as most other hotels of this level (and lower) do. The beach guys move non residents on quickly which is good. 4. Housekeeping are keen and they even walked in to our room when we were in bed at 8:40am - they did ring the bell but the room shows that it is occupied from the outside. Towards the end of our stay 4 out of 5 of the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and I had to seek out a member of their team to rectify it but they failed to do anything and 3 hours later I had to go to reception who resolved it very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again but would want the above resolved before we did as there are several high quality hotels in the area and more being built as we speak."
Hotel Pima Budva
"First of all, we were very upset with the women in the kitchen who seemed to have an attitude problem. She did not want my wife walking through the restaurant to go outside. Alex the reception desk asked us to us that door so we have no idea what her problem was and needs to learn public relations manners. Alex at the desk was very good and could not do enough to help and our house maid was very friendly and did a great job."
Casa Mia
"Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean. The property is tucked away up a small hill and behind a supermarket, which is great for supplies and offers fresh food options for lunches if you're heading out and about. The beach and walk towards the Old town are just across from the roundabout at the bottom of the road. Parking needs to be prearranged as space is limited, but the team will help with arrangements for local spaces. Pool access is restricted to 9am - 8pm, which means there's no outside guest noise beyond these hours."
Hotel Millennium by Aycon
"We stayed at Millenium in Budva, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations — especially in terms of cleanliness and comfort. ❌ What went wrong: • Housekeeping was unacceptable: • The room wasn’t cleaned properly. • The outdoor table stayed dirty the whole stay. • When we called the reception and asked to change the cups, they told us we can come and take from the restaurant. • Cheap soap in the bathroom — the same one used for hands, shower, and hair. • Poor breakfast quality. ✅ The good things: • Available parking • Kind staff • Good location"
Hotel Aleksandar
"Wonderful place, who wants to stay with nature and sea. Thanks to Katerina and Alexandra for the cozy atmosphere in hotel."
Kondo Hotel Allure
"The hotel is in central area of Budva, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and many good restaurants are in walking distance. Cool staff, clean rooms."
Hotel Bracera
"Staff was very helpful and friendly , hotel is near by old town and beaches. Great sea view from room."
Hotel Plaza
"I like this hotel very much. It has a good location, big rooms and a swimming pool downstairs. I chose this hotel just for the swimming pool. I stayed here for two nights. I think if I come to Budva again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel."
Barbeta Accommodation
"The room was spacious and had high ceilings. It was just two blocks from the beach, and 10 minutes' walk to Budva's Old Town. A little further was the Dancer statue and Mogren Beach. The room I booked on Ctrip included breakfast and dinner, which were delicious."
Mediteran Wellness & Spa, Congress Center
"My impressions of the hotel are mixed. On the one hand, it's new, located near the sea, and has an indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas, and a spa complex. Access to the pools and saunas is free for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent (we booked half board). On the downside: the room cleaning leaves much to be desired (they don't sweep the floors, and sometimes don't empty the trash bins). During our 8-day stay, the linens weren't changed even once. When we checked in, the refrigerator and safe weren't working; however, they replaced the refrigerator and fixed the safe after we contacted them. The hotel was completely full, with only one open, and it was constantly occupied. During dinner, the restaurant was so crowded that it was difficult (sometimes practically impossible) to find a free table. The dinner hours, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, are too short for the number of people visiting the restaurant."
