"Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy.
A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice.
Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"We booked this hotel for a week, choosing it based solely on photos, without checking its location or anything. And I must say how lucky we were: it's a clean, cozy hotel. We had a new room on the third floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains.
They cleaned every day, and they changed the sheets and towels three times over the week. We had breakfast, which definitely saved us money. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone.
The location is fantastic! There's a grocery store (Aroma) nearby, Slavic beach is within walking distance, and the delicious Fish Bar cafe is right at the hotel entrance. There's a Russian-speaking girl at reception, super nice and always ready to help.
Overall, for the price, I highly recommend it!"

MMeiwendexiaohuangdouThe room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

AAleks BeigulVery nice and fresh boutique hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Everything is conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets if you need anything, and the old town is just a 20-minute walk along the shore.
The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The only downside is the noise from the road, as the hotel is located on one of Budva’s main streets. However, the windows provide good sound insulation, so we still had a very comfortable sleep on the excellent mattress.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back if we visit again.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

GGuest UserAt night, I went to the hotel to check in. The standard room gave a room 106 facing the roadside. Although there is also a small terrace, it is because the outside is the roadside, and the left side of the room door can be a quick entry and exit of the hotel. This terrace has become a little role. The waiter also warmly reminded, To close the terrace window and door, if the girl lives here alone feels a bit scary, I will move the sofa chair to the door at night to the 😵💫😵💫 Across the road is a small supermarket, convenient for buying water or a small amount of life items, or walk for about 5 minutes to the larger AROMA Market nearby. Also convenient.

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

The room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a refrigerator.
The host was very helpful; we could ask any questions about our trip via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. On our last day, they even helped us call the airport shuttle bus.
There's a large supermarket downstairs, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the beach—the walking distances are quite manageable.

SSofa criticismOrange Lux apartment located in centre of Budva, there is very noisy, but very close to sea side and old town, which is good. Rooms on 6th floor with good view, big guest room, small bedroom, very uncomfortable bathroom, no shower gel, no shampoo, no toothbrush, very old towels. The apartment smells heavily of cigarettes perhaps people who live before us smoke everywhere. Sofa bed not prepared for sleep, because no extra bedding, so it was not ready for our family, sorry. Kitchen is fine and suitable for cooking. Nearby 2 supermarkets. We have difficulty to enter, because we haven’t local cellphone . One important thing before check in you should contact property by phone, WhatsApp or Viber, because the no reception and no information about apartment on entrance, so please call to owner.
