"Living with a friend. At the price we were very suitable, but there were shortcomings. Hot water was not always, some problems with the boiler inclusion and also cleaning was in a strange schedule. But overall it was good. I think the price/quality is appropriate. And also the parking is small, it is necessary to agree in advance."

"We booked this hotel for a week, choosing it based solely on photos, without checking its location or anything. And I must say how lucky we were: it's a clean, cozy hotel. We had a new room on the third floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains.
They cleaned every day, and they changed the sheets and towels three times over the week. We had breakfast, which definitely saved us money. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone.
The location is fantastic! There's a grocery store (Aroma) nearby, Slavic beach is within walking distance, and the delicious Fish Bar cafe is right at the hotel entrance. There's a Russian-speaking girl at reception, super nice and always ready to help.
Overall, for the price, I highly recommend it!"

1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket.
2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian.
3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love.
4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard.
5) Very clean.
Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

AAleks BeigulVery nice and fresh boutique hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Everything is conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets if you need anything, and the old town is just a 20-minute walk along the shore.
The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The only downside is the noise from the road, as the hotel is located on one of Budva’s main streets. However, the windows provide good sound insulation, so we still had a very comfortable sleep on the excellent mattress.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back if we visit again.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

The hotel is very clean. The room with a balcony is a bonus. There's a small supermarket opposite. Restaurants can be found on the main street which is a 5 minute walk across the roads.

AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

GGuest UserBooking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place.
We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires.
Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere.

RRobert.C.LinExcellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.
