GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel!
1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket.
2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian.
3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love.
4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard.
5) Very clean.
Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

GGuest UserPreviously, they did not settle, said that the day did not sleep, it was useless.
They wrote that on the days of residence there will be a birthday, ignored, unfortunately.
Breakfast is good, in the hotel clean, very good hotel.

GGuest UserНовые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

KKolchin DmtriiThis hotel is simply fantastic! It's clean, tidy, and has everything you need. There's a good minimarket nearby too.
The breakfasts are delicious, and the air conditioning in the hotel works really well, which is a huge help for escaping the heat.
A special thank you to the manager, Ognjen, who was always ready to help and arranged transfers for us upon request.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The romantic room was cozy and spacious. The shower downstairs had a hole, leaving a puddle on the floor every time after use. The hot water ran out periodically. The balcony was nice, but there was a shared staircase and a walkway to the side. The sound levels in the room were very loud. The beach was not far away.

The staff were all lovely and very accommodating.
No complaints about cleanliness.
Room service food was pretty good and not extortionate price.
It is about a 25 minute walk to the old town so not the closest, but there are also buses etc.
The pool is nice.
Breakfast was very average.

GGuest UserWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it.
The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service.
The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

SSereen Teoh Good location, just in front of sea front with nice view. Very lively and happening with plenty of eating place and nightlife around. Close to a mall. Basic room but stay with comfort. Con side is got to climb staircase to 1st floor with luggage. No lift. Parking was expensive with EUR40 per day, open carpark next to Merit 5 star hotel. Quite a bit of walk to the hotel.

Мои друзья просили поменять номер из за запаха канализации в номере - поменяли только за 25 евро . Парковка в отеле есть - 20 евро в сутки. Матрас нормальный, сантехника нормальная. До старого города близко .
