Horrible service. We arrived early around 8am. The guy at the reception totally ignored us. When he approached he didnt even acknowledged our presence. I greeted him with a Hello. Good morning. He simply replied : Give me a minute! Im busy here!...Story cut short . We made 2 reservations for later on that day. We used the same credit card. One of the reservations was cancelled without any warnings 3 hours after we were supposed to check in. We went to check in and the guy told us the card was invalid and the reservation had been cancelled. When we explained both families had reseved using exactly the same card, and one was still reserved , the guy stated it happens all the time. Maybe a tech problem , but we had lost our reservation anyway.Read the reviews! Families with children having their reservations cancelled, dirty rooms.pests and rude receptionists. In the end we were glad we stayed away from this place. We found a way better hotel down the road called Pleno Madero ex Own Madero. Staff members were polite, professional and the hotel was clean and welcoming.What a difference!

We check in very late and very tired, so only can share my experience base on the room . comfortable beds and very clean, beautiful design of shower room and the TV decoration also unique Since we must check out early morning so we can't enjoy the breakfast Check in process is very fast, and she's really known her job, I forgot her name, she's very pretty too She offer us to visit famous destination nearby, but we are too tired already Overall it's very nice hotel , highly recommended

How a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables. Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner. Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons. A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7. Right next to Florida Calle for money changing. Closest subway is 2 minutes away. Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer. I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia. Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. It is not a hotel, it is practically a hostel, the room I touched had no air conditioning, only a roof fan and a key that acted something like a extractor, a muuuuy hot room, The bathroom has no bathroom so after bathroom**** if or if you have to pass a dryer and take the water to the dishwasher, the bathroom had a constant water loss so the floor was wet all the time. The hotel is located in the city centre and is located in the city centre. Location good, just a few squares of the obelisk but located next to a ”metall bar”.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

The hotel is not modern century, but the service, food and customer service where exceptional! Pricing wasn't bad either. We choose to pay in American Money, and it was so affordable. The food provided which was included in our stay was so wonderful! If you're not going to be at your hotel for most of the day, and need to eat a great breakfast and/or dinner, this is your place! Clean room everyday! Really enjoyed my stay.

First trip of 6 friends, excellent attention, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and willing to answer our requests and requests, excellent location, we spent 5 fantastic days, Thanks to each of the hotel members for their friendlyness and concern.

About a 3 star hotel. Although the hotel is in a great location, the hotel facilities are very old. The hotel mainly accommodates short-term cruise passengers going to Antarctica. Service is good. The price-performance ratio is not high unless you book with a group tour (Antarctica). Otherwise the price/performance ratio is low.

Holiday inn is this standard. In order to catch the early flight on the next day, there is an airport shuttle. It is too early to go to breakfast time in the morning. The hotel has a small snack and coffee and other drinks on the table in the lobby. Use the pad to hungry.
